- Major swindler Ferrari specializes in swindling the rich. Serious Crime Unit inspector Chan Foon is ordered to infiltrate Ferrari's organization but is uncovered by him. Chan decides to con a conman and becomes a student of Wong Fu Si. Thus begins the swindle of the century.

- The boss of the Hung Hing gang, Tian Sang, has died. Ho Nam and Hon Bun find Sangs younger brother, Yang to lead the gang. Meanwhile, Hon Bun receives news that his younger brother, a leader of the Tuen Mun gang has been assasinated. They travel to Hong Kong to settle the matter.
- Hero Wah goes to study under Master Pride. When he returns to his parents, he learns that they have been murdered by a band of evil Westerners. After impregnating his wife Jade, he ventures to New York in search of his parents' killers.

Not only are his efforts in vain, they also cause Ella to leave him. A year has passed and Ella has gone back to her old job. Mike, successful again with his new company, realizes that Ella is his only love. But a more mature Ella is now able to see her infatuation for what it is. It finally takes a near disaster to bring two people together.
- A futuristic research compound develops a new police tool called the Power Glove. Supposedly, it gives the wearer incredible powers by letting him tap into the 'unused 80%' of his mental potential. It turns out that the glove also enables the wearer to take over the minds of others, and one unbalanced police volunteer tries to use this to stage a coup. In the end, one of the three test cops is killed, another survives to stay on the force, and the rogue cop makes his escape. 20 years later, the dead officer's son gives away his identity by using his father's personal martial arts technique in a fighting competition, thus drawing the attention of both the remaining good and evil supercops. The kids and the old guys must then start getting ready for a multi-generational final battle of good vs. evil.

As the princess is attracted to Yeh and as the duel approaches, will Dragon 9 figure out what is going on?
