- Two Eskimo children, stranded in the Arctic Circle, decide their only hope for survival is to cross the open tundra and try to reach their village. Filmed in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Nome and St. Lawrence Island, its sensational movie poster barks, "A couple of Eskimo kids fight the battle of their lives for their lives.

Britainy at the Alaskan Raptor Centre needs to trim Owlison's claws and beak, while Kara rescues one of two fighting eagles. After some treatment the eagle once more gets back to the wild. At the Alaskan Wildlife Conservation Centre, Sarah feeds a grumpy bison.
- Sheila and the gang get a new net launcher and much humour follows. Then they get a call for a one eyed eagle needing serious help. Unexplained injuries in the wolf pack raises questions. As part of their research programme the Sealife Center, captures a small Pacific Sleeper Shark.
- Biologist and predator specialist Dave Salmoni journeys to a mountainous island in the North East Pacific, which is home to a large number of grizzly bears.
- In a making-of special, Dave Salmoni reveals the hardship and dangers - not to mention broken equipment - he and his team had to battle while filming the series.
