- Krishnakant Mathur (Aftab Shivdasani) alias "kittu", works in a restaurant, which is located right opposite the bunglow of famous movie actress, Mallika (Urmilla Matondkar). Kittu, simply put, is only a fan, but is smitten by Mallika, almost to the point of obsession. He does get to meet her at Mehboob Studios, and speak with Mallika herself. Before he could finish speaking with her, he is rudely interrupted by Tolluram, Manisha's uncle (Govind Namdeo), who insults and humiliates him and tells him to leave. Kittu is confused at this, and gets appalled and concerned about Mallika, when he learns that her life is being controlled by her uncle, aunt and cousin sister. One day he witnesses her uncle beating her up, he breaks into her house, assaults the uncle, and abducts Mallika. The next day, there is furore in the media when everyone learns that an actress has been abducted. The police get involved. Kittu decides to take Mallika to his home to his parents, and does so. He hides her in his house, but decides not to tell anyone in his family about Mallika. How long will Kittu succeed in doing this? Is this what Mallika wants, or is she being taken advantage of again? How long will a famous actress hide out without anyone else coming to know her?

- Widower Shamji lives a wealthy lifestyle in Southern India along with his son, Arun, and owns a private college named after his deceased wife, Nirmala. When Arun comes of age, he arranges his marriage with Singapore-based Archana, the daughter of his widower friend, Ketan Sharma. Arun and Archana meet and approve of each other, and shortly thereafter both get married. On the night of the marriage, their house gets broken into by an unknown male who wants to rob Archana's gold and jewelry. When Arun tries to stop him, a scuffle ensues, Arun gets stabbed and is killed. Archana dons the garb of a widow and Shamji permits her to run the college. Shortly thereafter four outstanding male students go missing one by one. Their overly anxious parents approach Archana, who in turn asks the local police for assistance. The question remains where are the four students, and how and why did they disappear?

- Anilkumar Shastry, whose father pressures him to accept bribes to better their lifestyles, assumes charge as an Assistant Customers Collector in Bombay. He will soon be pitted against rival customs agents, Shivdasani and Gupta, their respective goons as well as corruption and inefficiency in his very own department. Then violence erupts, Gupta and several of his men are killed, and Anilkumar finds evidence against Shivdasani and has him arrested. - Jaswant lives a middle-class lifestyle with his sister, Laddhu, and widowed mom in a village in Punjab, India. He is friendly with Thanedar Kishanchand, and is aware that both Laddhu and Kishanchand are attracted to each other. He discusses this alliance with Kishanchand, and with his approval, arranges their engagement and also prepares himself to propose marriage to his sweetheart, Shammu, who lives with two brothers, Dharmu and Teju, and Dharmu's wife. The village they live in has an annual Kabootar (pigeon) competition. Jaswant wins, but his competitor, Tarhu, is angered, provokes him by shooting his Kabootar dead and has his friend, a corrupt Thanedar, Succha Singh, arrest Jaswant, take him to the Police Station and beat him up severely. When Succha finally lets go of Jaswant, Tarhu and his dad, Jhaildhara, are unhappy. One day Tarhu molests Laddhu and she slaps him. Subsequently he sexually molests and kills her. Jaswant finds out that Tarhu was behind her death and kills him. Succha arrests him and wants to kill him in a fake police encounter, but Jaswant manages to escape and joins a gang of bandits. Jaswant attacks Succha and blinds him in one eye, and then after he molests Shammu, Jaswant kills him. Shammu joins him and also becomes a bandit. The Police Force in the entire region is put under alert and are on the lookout for Jaswant, who has now made a name for himself as a modern day Robin Hood, and no one wants to inform the Police about his whereabouts. Things take a turn for the worst when Teju starts to impersonate Jaswant and begins to loot and beat people up, as well as Kishanchand intervenes and wants Jaswant to surrender or else he may be forced to hunt him down and possibly even kill him.

- Mirza Baig and his wife live a wealthy lifestyle in Jaipur, India. They have been married for 15 years but have been unable to conceive. They have prayed and visited a number of holy Islamic sites, save for the Dhargah of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz in Ajmer. The couple travel to this holy site, which is thronged by Hindu, Sikh, Christian, and Muslim devotees, pray, and return home. Months later they are blessed with the birth of a baby boy who they name Yusuf. When Yusuf is 3, they re-visit the Dhargah for placing a Manat Ki Chaddhar. Years later Yusuf has grown up, has secured first class first in college and is considered a very eligible bachelor. His parents arrange his marriage, much to his dismay, a he has fallen in love with fellow-collegian, Salma, who comes from a middle-class background. He does not oppose his parents' choice and gets married - but is delighted when he finds out later that his bride is none other than Salma herself. The family settle down to a harmonious lifestyle. Then one day Mirza gets the call to visit Mecca and Madina and both he and his wife go to Bombay where they set sail for the holy pilgrimage. Yusuf accompanies them, leaving Salma alone in Jaipur. Several days pass and Yusuf does not return, leaving Salma frantic with worry and despair. A few months later she gets word that Yusuf has been located, she eagerly travels to Bombay to meet him - and gets the shock of her life when she finds out that he has now calls himself Aslam, has adopted the profession of a movie actor, and is living with a woman named Feroza, who is also the leading lady and Producer of the movie both are starring in. Watch what impact this has on Salma and the rest of the Baig family.

When she claims that she has an extra sensory perception, they ridicule this, and even consider her as a suspect, but when she contacts them again, and describes another violent death, they decide to look into this further. Shortly thereafter another woman, Soni, is found killed, under the circumstance described by her. Before the police could take further action, the press highlights Aparna's involvement in these investigations, and as a result, she may well become the next victim of a killer, who leaves no clues, has no motive, and only targets attractive young women.
