- Tommy builds a log home for two new clients while Gwen makes a line dancing music video.
- Tommy has just one week to build a truckload of log furniture for a demanding customer, pushing the LogHeads into overdrive. Meanwhile, Gwen hires an interior designer who clashes with Tommy's rustic, chain-sawed designs.
- Longtime Rocky Top employees and married couple Brooke and Chad are sick of their ugly and heat inefficient plastic-sided home. They long for a log cabin of their own and turn to Tommy and Gwen for help. Tommy offers a solution! He can re-side the young couple's home with log siding. It will make the house warmer and give the couple the log cabin appearance they desire. Meanwhile the sales staff is in an uproar when they learn that the newest and youngest employee on staff got a new office chair! Many of the staff have been around since day one and using chairs that are at least 10 years old. The sales staff doesn't take this chair thing sitting down!
- Tommy destroys a backyard shed and replaces it with a VIP Log Cabin Office.
- Tommy and the LogHeads battle Mother Nature's wrath to complete the log cabin in the woods before the homeowners return from vacation. Meanwhile, Gwen thinks the sales staff is slacking off, and hires a secret shopper to assess the situation.

Tommy and Gwen travel to California to visit the restaurant and to make sure the client is happy with the final design.

But wild designs, a looming deadline and a limited amount of barrels make this project especially tricky.

The furniture is for a fourteen year old boy the owner has recently taken into his home and mentors. Tommy makes it extraordinary by incorporating Louisville Slugger baseball bats into the designs. Meanwhile Gwen has her own LogHead project and leads the way on a series of special tables to be built and decorated for a camp dedicated to helping chronically sick children.
- After years of planning, but slow progress, Tommy and the LogHeads step up to finish Jeff's cabin project. The crew goes all out to surprise Jeff and his family by creating one-of-a-kind log furniture pieces, and other custom items.
