Notes
- The first Polish Film Festival was held in 1974 in Gdansk, where it tool place until 1986, interrupted by a break from 1982 to 1983 when the country had been under martial law. The festival then moved to the city of Gdynia, were it still is celebrated every year.
- The Polish Film Festival in Gdynia has sister festivals in Toronto, Canada, and Seattle, USA.
