- DirectorRawson Marshall ThurberStarsBen StillerChristine TaylorVince VaughnA group of misfits enter a Las Vegas dodgeball tournament in order to save their cherished local gym from the onslaught of a corporate health fitness chain. While it has some good moments, I honestly think people like Totalfilm were being too overly generous. It promised this film would make me wet myself, In the end my urinal waste hardly touches cloth. It's just so overally random and off the wall that I'm left unsure if I should laugh at what I'm seeing or question the warped logic of what's unfolding in front of me.
- DirectorMatthew VaughnStarsCharlie CoxClaire DanesSienna MillerIn a countryside town bordering on a magical land, a young man makes a promise to his beloved that he'll retrieve a fallen star by venturing into the magical realm.Gaaah! For some reason I despise this film. It's just so werid and nosensical and The dramatic music it has just doesn't know when to stop half of the time! It's just a half-logical mess that makes about as much sense as dressing up a graveyard as a funfair! I also don't see any intication that DC comics once printed this. (That's what the Wiki page for DC films says anyway)
- DirectorDavid SladeStarsKristen StewartRobert PattinsonTaylor LautnerAs a string of mysterious killings grips Seattle, Bella, whose high school graduation is fast approaching, is forced to choose between her love for vampire Edward and her friendship with werewolf Jacob.nMost critical response was mixed but I'll add this one in anyway since I am a Natural Born Twilight Hater. While I do have a limited repect for it for how well it's done, the twilight franchise has for me been on a slide since the first one and I concider this one to be the worst of the lot (At least untill Shred my Dignity and Watch Breaking Dawn part 1 to see how bad THAT was, or not)
Eclipse is just painfully miserable like the rest of them but It's also upleasntly disturbing and violent even for a film of it's rating. I don't mind violence in a film but this film did it in an un-relenting and ceaseless way. And even when the shock of it all is over, I'm taken back into bland, romantic Vampire/Were-wolf territory. At lot of the things are unbelivably stupid:
1. How can the newborns be conciderd an army when their technically on the level of a Super-Powerd/Super-Natural Gang or team?
2. The name Newborns is lame. Why not use Ultimate ones or Super-vamp. They arn't even born, there just created in the same vamp way: A bite to the neck and bam! "Newborn".
3. Was that asian one the only character I cared about. I hate the Volturi for what they did to her based on what she's been through, I shall enjoy their painful and Well-desreved deaths and the Hands of a Guy-fawlks mask clad V-Vampire (Along with the rest of the cast)
4. The fact that Bella has to bleed in every one. Yeah I get it's a vampire movie but that doesn't mean you should constantly bring it up.
