My interpretation of these ratings is as follows
Under 2 Rubbish,watch if you have masochistic tendencies.
Between 2.1 and 3.0 If you want to waste some time.
Between 3.1 and 4.0 of some interest but not much.
Between 4.1 and 6.0 mostly mediocre.
Between 6.1 and 7.0 OK movie.
Between 7.1 and 8.0 Very good.
Between 8.1 and 9.0 Excellent
Over 9.1 Should be watching the film and not reading this.
