“One man’s fantasy is another man’s reality!”
Finding himself with a debt that he just can’t pay off, Williams (Jamie Gillis, Dracula Sucks) is tasked by shady mafia-like Franklin (Michael Gaunt, Maraschino Cherry) with something of a retrieval mission to a mysterious warehouse containing three coloured rooms; a blue, a red and a black one, each housing a beautiful woman. Williams sends his associate Alan (George Payne, The Taming of Rebecca) to carry out the task on his behalf, but with balls of steel, Alan has taken the item for himself and has disappeared. This leads Williams to pursue him down a gaping glory… I mean rabbit hole. Frustrated and desperate, Williams visits a seedy, desolate...

“Little Sam,” you’ve got some explaining to do!
Three weeks ago, you made the How to Get Away With Murder nation collectively yell “oh, Hell, no!” when Annalise Keating found a picture of you standing up and saluting on a dead girl’s phone. But as if that wasn’t bad enough, now it turns out that you may have possibly/probably impregnated said murder victim six weeks before she was found floating in a sorority-house water-tank? You’re kind of the worst, Sam Keating’s Kraken/dingus/disco-stick/Millstone meatsicle. (Thank you, Asher, for the colorful penis monikers.

Every generation thinks they invented sex, right? Well, whoever invented it in the 90s was doing it very strangely...
Off the back of the international success of Basic Instinct, Sharon Stone was catapulted to movie stardom. Writer Joe Ezterhas enjoyed the fruits of that too, and the pair decided to see if lightning could strike twice. Thus, Ezterhas, under the guidance of producer Robert Evans, put Sliver together, an adaptation of the novel by Ira Levin.
In truth, Sliver should have opened with the song from Muppets Most Wanted. "We're doing a sequel", they joyously sing. "It's more of the same!". And whilst Sliver wasn't Basic Instinct 2 - that cinematic joy would be over a decade away, and at that stage merely a glint in Stan Collymore's eye - there's little doubting that the plan was to recapture what had turned Basic Instinct into a huge hit several years before.

I bet you and I both had the same favorite gay cartoon character growing up: no one. Because there were none.
You could pretend that He-Man was a roving homosexual with West Hollywood-primed muscles, but he wasn't gay. And that didn't matter, because young homos who loved cartoons simply relied on awesome animated ladies for edification. The ladies took charge, looked fab, represented our bursting drive and self-possession, and sometimes even solved crimes. I've picked the ten most fabulous lady cartoons ever with one stipulation: Everyone on this list first hit the small screen before 2000. We're going for "classics" here, not total comprehension. (I'd be including ladies from Archer and Venture Bros., in that case.)
10. Valerie, from Josie and the Pussycats
Is there any doubt that Valerie made Josie and the Pussycats the supergroup they are? She handled two tambourines at once, bopped harder than her bandmates, and swayed like...

British model and singer Samantha Fox wants to adopt a child from an orphanage in Eastern Europe.
The blonde beauty is engaged to her manager, Myra Stratton, and the couple is desperate to start a family.
They've considered freezing Fox's eggs, using her sister as a surrogate, and adoption - and they've even toured children's homes in Ukraine and Romania to find a suitable baby.
Fox tells Britain's Ok! magazine, "We're looking into adoption at the moment, but there's so much red tape... I'm getting older and in five years I'm going to be 50. Will they let me adopt at 50? I've been to Romania and the Ukraine recently and visited lots of orphanages. There are so many babies there that need homes."...

Media go to town on 'children' called in to compere proceedings
It was a great night for The King's Speech, Christian Bale, Melissa Leo and Natalie Portman, among others. But according to bloggers, the Twitterati and other film commentators, the 83rd annual Academy Awards went down as a very bad night indeed for hosts James Franco and Anne Hathaway.
While the pair will not quite go down in history as the Mick Fleetwood and Samantha Fox of Oscars hosts, their debut shared stint was roundly condemned by most as detached and underpowered. The lion's share of the barbs were reserved for Franco, who was variously described as smug, distant, bored.
"In what could go down as one of the worst Oscar telecasts in history, a bad and risky idea – letting two actors host – proved out in spectacularly unwatchable fashion on the biggest of all nights for the film world," wrote the Hollywood Reporter's Tim Goodman.

They might be fun for the stars who are nominated - but are awards shows such as the Grammys, Baftas and Oscars as interesting for viewers at home?
We are in the midst of what is now commonly known as awards season. This weekend the Grammys take place in Los Angeles, while the Baftas are dished out in London. Tuesday brings the Brit Awards before the month ends with the big one – the 83rd annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles. For the next few weeks these sycophantic telethons will stretch across the TV schedules; barging aside soap operas and football highlights and delaying the news. Anyone would think they were worth watching.
Actually, despite their sometimes great length, I think they are. They often highlight TV programmes, films and albums you've missed and generally give a pat on the back to people who, for the most part, make our lives more entertaining.

Former Page 3 Girl and glamour model Keeley Hazell is set for an improbable journey into the world of magic in a short film to be released online in January of 2011.
Venus And The Sun is reportedly a new take on the ancient 'Venus And Adonis' poem from Ovid's Metamorphoses, wherein the beauteous goddess, infatuated with the equally attractive Adonis, tries to steer him away from his perilous passion for hunting. The synopsis for Venus And The Sun reads:
...Keeley who thinks she's solved all her problems by taking up an unexpectedly high-brow hobby: translating Latin. The language has given her magical powers, enabling her to ward-off the frenzied attention of her adoring fans, and the British Library offers an ideal refuge.
But when she meets Adam, the one Sun-reader in the country she hadn't bargained for, Keeley is given a lesson in not judging books by their covers.

Glamour model Sam Grierson will make her TV debut on this year’s X Factor as part of girl group Husstle, but it won’t be the first time that she has rubbed shoulders with the stars.
The busty singer, who first auditioned with girl band Dice, hit the headlines last spring when she joined Jack Tweed for a romp, just weeks after his wife Jade Goody died.
She met the sleazy star at Essex nightclub Faces and joined two other girls for a private party at his home. At the time Sam, a former Miss Middlesbrough and Miss Nuts Babe 2008, said:
“Jack suckers you in and makes you feel like you’re special.
“Before I knew it, we were kissing openly in front of everyone.
“He didn’t seem like a man who had recently lost his wife.
“He certainly never mentioned Jade once and there were no photos up of her.

British model-turned-singer Samantha Fox has been cleared of rabies after she was bitten by a stray cat in Thailand. The 1980s star had to undergo a series of painful injections for the deadly disease amid fears the animal infected her when it sunk its teeth into her finger.
But after returning to the U.K., Fox had a number of tests and has been given the all-clear. She tells Britain's Ok! magazine, "Since I've been home I've had blood tests and there's nothing untoward in my system." A rep for the star adds, "Sam is clear of rabies and feels a lot better now."
Samantha Fox herself is an animal lover. "I love animals, especially cats, but over there they're considered like rats and are left to fend for themselves. I ended up feeding a lot of them, giving them bits of shellfish after dinner," she said.

Plus when Mr. Gay met Mr. Gay, True Blood teasers, and The Situation doesn't mind if we ogle The Situation.
Okay, I'm going to try and keep calm. Calmer than I was last night when I e-mailed my colleagues at Ae about this with the subject line "Omg! Omg! Omg! Omg! Omg!" As someone who's a tad obsessed with the 80's, I was thrilled when SyFy announced their dueling Tiffany/Debbie Gibson mega-creature movies, even if I thought the finished products were disappointing. Now comes word that ... just breathe ... both pop princesses are teaming up for the new SyFy sure-to-be classic ... wait for it ... Mega Python Vs. Gatoroid
Editor's note: Snicks is not kidding. That was the subject line of his email. When I got it I thought, "Oh, $*@!, who died now?"
The film will feature Tiff as "an overzealous park ranger who uses dangerous methods to save endangered alligators,...

Plus the 7 craziest things ever blamed on gays, "Flaming Moe", taking bets on a probably doomed marriage, and maybe, just maybe, naughty girls have birthdays, too.
"Kevin, you in danger, girl!"
Above you can see a teaser for the April 25 episode of Brothers & Sisters. What do you think is going on here? Ranker.com lists the 7 Craziest Things Ever Blamed on Homosexuals. It's a good list, but they left off one thing - Bravo's lineup. Oh wait ... that is our fault.
Below you can see Rachel Maddow schooling Mike Huckster-bee on the humiliating anti-gay interview he did, which he then lied about. And I don't think he's the right person to give advice about parenting. Google "Huckabee son" and you'll see what I mean.
In today's "Unfortunate Headline" file comes Are Gay Priests The Problem? If you get past the "grabber" title, the article actually sticks to the facts. Today...

I’m A Celebrity campmate Katie Price has revealed that she won’t be getting her boobs out during her time in the jungle. ITV may have paid her £450,000 to create headlines during her time on the show, however it seems that Katie intends to play it tame for the cameras this time round.
Last night Colin McAllister asked Katie: “Do you not think it must be frustrating for the men of Britain that you’ve got Katie Price and Samantha Fox keeping their tops on?”
But Katie revealed that she would be keeping her top on: “I won’t be getting mine off, maybe six years ago I might have done but, no.”
Colin’s partner Justin then quipped: “If you’ve got them love, bring them out.” Whilst Colin added: “They’re bought and paid for you might as well show them off.”

Katie Price famously left the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! jungle in 2004 having found love with fellow-camper, Peter Andre.
Five years later, Katie is about to re-enter the Australian outback.
Katie says: “I’m going back in because it’s an amazing experience, I’m a working mum and I want closure on the fairytale that I had. I’ve got no agenda, I’m not going to act any different, I’m just going to be myself. Obviously six years on I’m more mature, I’m wiser, and I shall just be myself.
“I don’t think I’ve got any advantage over any other person going there apart from I’ve experienced how hungry they really make you!”
There is a huge interest in Katie’s personal life, so is she going to use this experience as a chance for people to see the real her?...

There are six words in the English Language that when assembled in the correct order yield extraordinary power. They can, depending on your age, which hemisphere of the brain you use, your temperament, your sex and your sexual orientation, either send you into a frenzy of joy, as though your brain were made of water and someone had dropped in two enormous fizzy tablets, or if you’re one of the unfortunate few, the six would tip the fragile balance of your mind, converting healthy, passive individuals into deranged sociopaths. Steady yourself. Here they come…

Nick Love’s got a crew together, has quit fuckin’ abawt, taken a photochemical machete and carved out a niche for himself as the UK’s premier peddler of mockey mayhem. His movies are glossy apples and pears, needles and stairs, stock and shares my old mans a dustman-a-thons.

Bappi Lahiri is never short of surprises. Just when his new self-rendered number 'India Se Aaya Mera Dost' in Chandni Chowk To China hit the charts, he springs another surprise. "I've an unreleased song with Boy George 'When Will You Learn From Your Tears & Suffering' coming up for release very shortly." The song was recorded for a film called Deewana Hoon Main Tera some time ago. "But the song was delayed. We're ready with it now. It's a fusion song. I do raga, Boy George does pop. We had so much fun doing the song together. Boy George was filled with masti. You'll love the track." Bappi Lahiri is surprised to know Boy George is incarcerated. "Oh! What happened? Why is he in jail? When I collaborated with him he was perfectly normal. At that time he was a brilliant singer and a good human being. I don't know about his personal life.
