Kelly Ripa on Live with Kelly and Mark took the time to think long and hard about a question that her husband, Mark Consuelos, posed to her on the show.
The banter between Kelly and Mark during the show’s host chat gives fans a glimpse into their home life, and Mark’s question reveals a lot about Kelly’s hair issue.
Kelly has often thought about going blonde or staying gray, especially during the hours of long dyeing sessions she must endure, she revealed during the host chat.
Kelly makes her job look easy, but she puts a lot of time and effort into looking beautiful and fit for Live, from her workout routines to the extreme diet that her nutritionist oversees.
As reported by Monsters and Critics, fans could not believe how little Kelly eats during the day, according to her nutritionist, which is just one facet of her beauty regime.

Over the past few months, Netflix has been busy treating its audience to new big-budget projects, from the live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender and Guy Ritchie's The Gentlemen to the much-hyped 3 Body Problem and Ripley with Andrew Scott. But as high-profile as Netflix's premieres are, they seem to pale in comparison to what competing streaming services are offering.

DreamWorks Animation’s September event movie The Wild Robot is tweaking its release plans. The family film will now open in theaters on Sept. 27, 2024, instead of a week earlier on Sept. 20.
The move gives Wild Robot some distance from Paramount’s animated Transformers One, which moved to the Sept. 20 date earlier this week.
The DreamWorks Animation film, from director Chris Sanders and starring the voice of Lupita Nyong’o, follows the journey of a robot named Rozzum unit 7134 — “Roz” for short — that is shipwrecked on an uninhabited island and must learn to adapt to the harsh surroundings. She gradually, however, forms friendships with the animals on the island and cares for an orphaned baby goose.
The Wild Robot is based on Peter Brown’s book of the same name, an illustrated middle-grade novel first published in 2016 that became a literary phenomenon and rocketed to No. 1 on The New York Times bestseller list.

DreamWorks Animation’s The Wild Robot will now go on Sept. 27 instead of Sept. 20.
The move comes in the wake of Paramount’s animated Transformers One parking on Sept. 20 (instead of Sept. 13) as the studio needed to get a foothold on Imax auditoriums.
We heard that Transformers One was moved to get further away from Beetlejuice Beetlejuice as that Warner Bros Tim Burton directed, Michael Keaton starring sequel is expected to scare up a ton of September cash; that movie opening on Sept. 6.
The Wild Robot will now square off against Lionsgate’s Alexandre Aja directed horror Halle Berry thriller, Never Let Go as well as the tenth anniversary Imax re-release of Paramount/Warner Bros’ Christopher Nolan sci-fi movie, Interstellar.

American filmmaking was irrevocably changed by Francis Ford Coppola, one of the most important auteurs to emerge from the New Hollywood movement. His creative approach to filmmaking, which he pioneered with iconic films like The Godfather and Apocalypse Now, had a profound impact on movie buffs. Not every flick that he added to his coveted filmography, though, was given the same level of recognition.
Coppola’s 1992 adaptation of Bram Stoker’s Dracula, a classic work that had a profound influence on the horror genre, is a prime example of this. Although the set and costume designs in the film have received praise from critics as well as fans, there were many strange behind-the-scenes stories about the production, one of which was Coppola’s mistreatment of Winona Ryder.

Most of the Beetlejuice cast from the 1988 film return for the 2024 sequel, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. Geena Davis is not one of them.
“No, I’m not. I’m not in the remake,” Geena, 68, told Entertainment Tonight on Thursday. “Oh, you were expecting that I would be? Yeah, no, you know what? Because my theory is that ghosts don’t age … Not that I have.”
In the original film, Davis appeared as ghost Barbara Maitland, who is seen by Winona Ryder’s character, Lydia Deetz.
“Our characters were stuck the way they looked when they died forever, so it’s been a while, it’s been a minute,” Davis said.
Davis has not seen the trailer for the sequel.

Three-time Oscar-nominated director Chris Sandlers and Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o previewed unfinished footage of DreamWorks Animation’s “The Wild Robot” at CinemaCon — what Sandlers says took inspiration from Disney classics and Hayao Miyazaki’s work, resulting in an original visual style that he described as “a Monet painting in a Miyazaki forest.”
Based on Peter Brown’s book, the story follows Roz, a robot voiced by Nyong’o, who is accidentally marooned on an uninhabited island. There, the city robot meets and learns from the animals in her new environment.
In this rich world, a fox meets and advises Roz. “You need to learn how things work on this island, and kindness is not a survival skill,” the fox says.
Soon Roz watches a gosling hatch, who believes Roz is his mother. They form a bond as Roz tries to figure out how the baby can learn to swim and fly.

The ghost with the most is back, baby, ready to wreak havoc on the Deetz family more than three decades after he first haunted their home. In Tim Burton's "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice," Michael Keaton's Beetlejuice returns to the big screen along with Catherine O'Hara's Delia Deetz and Winona Ryder's Lydia Deetz. They will be joined by "Wednesday" star Jenna Ortega as Astrid Deetz, Lydia's daughter, bringing three generations of gorgeous goth Deetz women to do battle against the supernatural huckster Beetlejuice. We've already seen a short teaser trailer for the film, which briefly shows the Deetz women at a funeral (possibly for the family patriarch, Charles, played by Jeffrey Jones, who fell out the limelight after a shocking arrest). There doesn't seem to be any sign of the Maitlands, the ghosts who haunted the attic in the original "Beetlejuice," but we'll just have to wait and see what...

Beetlejuice might never have seen the light of day if producer Larry Wilson had listened to some executives at Universal Studios. The film was written keeping ghost stories and horror tropes in mind. Michael McDowell created the characters of Beetlejuice in a bid to twist the common convention of a good family finding itself haunted by evil ghosts.
Michael Keaton in Beetlejuice
Beetlejuice was an important film for Tim Burton and Michael Keaton, essentially propelling them into the mainstream. However, it seems executives at Universal were not that keen on making the film, questioning why an up-and-coming exec like Wilson would even look into something like Beetlejuice.
A “prominent executive” did not want Larry Wilson to go ahead with the script
Michael Keaton in Tim Burton’s upcoming film Beetlejuice Beetlejuice
The film, after Larry Wilson had a chance to go through the script, ended up at the desk of Universal Pictures.

If you’re in the mood for a light-hearted spy adventure with plenty of twists and turns that will make your head spin, Argylle is set to make its streaming debut later this month. Although director Matthew Vaughn has plans for sequels, he stated that he wanted to wait and see how the first film fared. Unfortunately for Vaughn, it wouldn’t become a success at the box office, earning just $92 million worldwide on a budget of $200 million. After its low performance, the star-studded action comedy will hope to find a second life as it premieres on AppleTV+ on Friday, April 12.
The plot synopsis from Apple reads,
“Elly Conway, played by Bryce Dallas Howard, is the reclusive cat loving author of a series of bestselling espionage novels about the impossibly glamorous secret agent Argylle (Henry Cavill) on a mission to unravel a nefarious spy syndicate. When Elly, with the help...

When it was announced that fans would get to see the release of the sequel to the 80s horror comedy, Beetlejuice, an air of excitement ran through the air. Releasing 36 years after the first entry in the series, the sequel, titled Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, will witness the return of the old members of the cast, including the man himself, Michael Keaton. And it seems like he hasn’t lost his touch with the role. Old age be damned.

Director Tim Burton, who was at the helm of the original 80s horror comedy, couldn’t be more excited about filming the sequel, which (almost) brings together the ensemble, including the likes of Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, and Catherine O’ Hara. “Reservation Dogs” took the industry by storm. Critics and audiences alike fell in love with this FX comedy from Sterlin Harjo and Oscar-winner Taika Waititi. The series follows the lives of four Indigenous teenagers living in rural Oklahoma who try to scrape together enough money to leave behind their reservation community.
The reason the show soars so high is its spectacular cast, at the center of which is a quartet of brilliant young actors: Devery Jacobs, D’Pharoah Woon-a-Tai, Paulina Alexis, and Lane Factor. Jacobs is perhaps the jewel in this crown, as noted by critics.
Maureen Ryan (Vanity Fair) observed: “It was astonishing to watch Jacobs’s body language and face in the recent episode in which Elora met her father, Rick (Ethan Hawke). Lorne Michaels is an expert at celebrating the legacy of “Saturday Night Live.” The show’s creator has produced variety specials for the NBC program’s 15th anniversary, 25th anniversary and 40th anniversary, so the upcoming 50th season should have a highly entertaining spectacle. Nothing less than a three-hour event would be expected, but how else should “SNL” celebrate the golden anniversary season, which would begin in the autumn of 2024 and continue through May, 2025?
Here is our exciting, fun suggestion for a way to go above and beyond for the live special. Over the course of a 20-22 episode season, NBC would certainly have almost every episode featuring the current cast along with hot guest hosts and musical guests. However, for the other five episodes spread out over several months, devote an entire 90 minutes to each previous decade. Invite back the biggest cast members from a decade along with well-known guest hosts and music stars.

Joe Flaherty, founding member of “Sctv” and ubiquitous comic actor for decades including a stint as the Dad on “Freaks and Geeks,” has died at the age of 82, according to multiple reports.
The Pittsburgh-born performer (a rare American in the Canadian comedy sphere) got his start with the Chicago-based Second City Theater, first appearing on the “National Lampoon Radio Hour” before resettling in Toronto to become part of Second City’s core in the Great White North. He was one of the initial writer/performers on “Sctv,” a vanguard sketch comedy series co-starring John Candy, Eugene Levy, Andrea Martin, Rick Moranis, Catherine O’Hara, Harold Ramis (for a little while), Dave Thomas, and, later, Martin Short, that mixed parody programming with behind-the-scenes shenanigans at a low rent television station in “Mellonville.” Indeed, if “Sctv” could be said to have a main character, it would be Flaherty’s Guy Caballero, the corrupt,...

The comedy realm is dealt another big blow as the world says goodbye to Joe Flaherty. According to Exclaim, the Sctv legend had been dealing with a sickness and was said to be “very ill.” In late February, Flaherty’s Second City brother, Martin Short, sent a message to their Sctv peers to fundraise for his home care in his last days, which amounted to $20K a month. Short had said that they had been made aware of the gravity of his condition and Flaherty chose to spend the rest of his life at home with his daughter rather than at a facility. The message would hit social media.
In Short’s fundraising message, he says, “We are writing to our friends because we believe Sctv meant something to you, and that would not be the case if it were not for Joe Flaherty. He was a mentor, a director,...

This Is Spinal Tap is one of the most quotable films in cinema history and defined the genre of film known today as the mockumentary.
Rob Reiner’s 1984 directorial debut about an aging English metal band chronicled fame, groupies and their fateful tour and would set the bar for the style of film to satirize a subject depicting fictional events but presented as a documentary. Hollywood isn't investing nearly as much in straight-up comedies as they used to. While 2023 saw many of the best comedies of the year come from the indie and arthouse world. "Barbie" was a big winner last year, but that's a blockbuster doing a lot more heavy-lifting than just bringing laughs, with an adventure fueled by one of the most recognizable intellectual properties of all time. "No Hard Feelings" and "Anyone But You" brought some raunchy, romantic laughs to the proceedings, and we were certainly grateful that Jennifer Lawrence and Sydney Sweeney took risks as producers on R-rated studio comedies like that. Otherwise, most of the laughs come from cross-genre comedy hybrids that have bigger box office potential because of a high-concept story that just so happens to bring some hilarity, such as "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" or "Cocaine Bear."
