Corey resides in Los Angeles but was born and raised in Livingston, New Jersey. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and began his career in talent management representing the likes of Steve Buscemi, Anna Paquin, Thomas Jane, Minnie Driver and Chris Cooper at Michael Ovitz' Artists Management Group and then Jeff Kwatinetz' and Rick Yorn's The Firm.
From there, he took his unique skill set and production experience and segued into reality television, serving as producer on ABC's hit The Bachelor & co-executive producer on top-rated shows Celebrity Wife Swap on ABC, Bring It! on Lifetime plus Bravo's The Millionaire Matchmaker, Timber Creek Lodge and Relative Success with Tabatha Coffey. Most recently he completed work as co-executive producer on the critically acclaimed A&E series, Leah Remini: Scientology & The Aftermath.
Along with segueing into reality, Corey also focuses his attention on long form, narrative storytelling, producing the award-winning festival favorite "American Native" documentary, the award-winning documentary short, "Kid Yamaka," which premiered at Cannes International Film Festival and he is also in post-production on his follow up full-length documentary called "An Accidental Climber." In addition to documentary films, he also produces scripted fare, including the Cloris Leachman staring, "This is Happening," a festival favorite which is now available in all major formats.
Corey was also recently nominated for an Emmy for his work producing the Super Bowl XLIX Show Open (2015).
