Frequent collaborator of Richard Winsor. Winsor has starred in Bourne's Car Man, Play Without Words, Dorian Gray, Edward Scissorhands and Swan Lake.
He was awarded the O.B.E. (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2001 Queen's Honours List for his services to dance.
He was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Theatre Award in 2001 (2000
season) for Outstanding Achievement in dance for his concept and
dramatization of The Car Man at the Old Vic.
He was awarded the 2003 Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Theatre
Choreographer of 2002 with the Company for Play without Words performed
at the Royal National Theatre: Lyttelton.
He was nominated for a 2003 Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best
Director of 2002 for Play Without Words performed at the Royal National
