Harvey Weinstein has claimed he’s too broke to pay his ex-wife child support, according a newly released court ruling obtained by Page Six.
The outlet reports that the disgraced Hollywood producer told his first wife, Eve Chilton, he would not be able to pay child support for two of their daughters — aged 15 and 19 — for “at least one year,” per a Jan. 2 court ruling that was released on Friday.
However, the ruling — which was released by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Katz — denied Chilton’s demand that Weinstein pay her $5 million, which she claimed the producer owed her from their 2004 divorce settlement.

Harvey Weinstein's low on cash flow, so he's telling his ex-wife he can't afford to pay child support for a year ... maybe more ... according to her, anyway. Eve Chilton made the claim in docs submitted when she tried to get a one-time advance payment to cover $5 million in child support Weinstein still owes for their 3 daughters. The judge denied that request, citing Weinstein's track record of not missing any previous payments. As we reported ... Chilton,...

Harvey Weinstein allegedly owes his ex-wife Eve Chilton $5 million in child support, and she’s asking that he pay remaining sum now in case his current legal troubles leave him financially insolvent.
“He’s pre-paying many, many lawyers many, many millions of dollars to defend himself against these lawsuits all over the world,” Chilton’s lawyer, Bonnie Rabin, said in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, according to Page Six. Weinstein was reportedly not present.
As an example of the disgraced mogul’s legal obligations, she noted seven lawsuits levied against him by women who claim he sexually assaulted or harassed them.

Another actress has come forward accusing Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment. French star Florence Darel says the movie mogul relentlessly pursued her in the mid ’90s and then propositioned her in a hotel room while his wife at the time, Eve Chilton, was in the room next door.
“I was in shock. I was in shock,” Darel, 49, tells People about the alleged incident. “I was astonished. When you have someone so physically disgusting in front of you, continuing and continuing as though this was all perfectly normal… What happened to me may not be illegal but it was inappropriate. More actresses are going on the record with accusations that they are victims of Harvey Weinstein's unwanted sexual advances.
In an explosive The New Yorker report published on Tuesday, journalist Ronan Farrow tells the stories of multiple women who at some point worked with the studio mogul, their allegations ranging from sexual harassment to rape. A spokesperson for Weinstein, Sallie Hofmeister, issued a statement to The New Yorker in response to the allegations, and said Weinstein denies any allegations of non-consensual sex.
“Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances," the statement reads. In this week’s missile of a The New York Times story about the many alleged indiscretions of Harvey Weinstein, one of his past colleagues, former Miramax Los Angeles president Mark Gill, describes Weinstein’s professional climb from indie producer to Hollywood titan. “From the outside, it seemed golden — the Oscars, the success, the remarkable cultural impact.” Yet Gill said the persistent whispers that Weinstein was mistreating women were in fact “the biggest mess of all.”
While The Weinstein Co. co-founder publicly championed women’s rights, his accusers say that he was a hypocrite, secretly propositioning them for massages, kisses and more. One month after Weinstein distributed “The Hunting Ground,” a documentary about rapes on university campuses, he allegedly groped a college-aged woman in his office. Weinstein, 65, has a well-documented, on-the-record history of unflattering behavior, even against women (like in 2002, when he publicly berated director Julie Taymor at a screening of her film,...
