Lifelong fascination for the great stage designer and theorist Edward
Gordon Craig (1872-1966) who he was able to meet while serving in
United States Army during World War II in Paris.
Studied under the father of modern mime Etienne Decroux (1898-1991)
with fellow classmate Marcel Marceau. This led to a position as mime
teacher and actor with Habima, the national theatre of the newly
founded state of Israel.
