"Thoughts and prayers out to my amazing Mom and bros plz," the USC basketball player wrote. "My dad decided to leave the family last nite. Real family sticks together." The Tweet has since been taken down.

Accused of suffocating her 2-year-old daughter Caylee by using duct tape and then storing her body in the trunk of her car, the evidence against Casey Anthony may not be enough to convict, according to People.
"This is definitely not a slam-dunk case," says Karin Moore, a former criminal defense attorney and law professor at Florida A&M University. "The state doesn't have an eyewitness. They don't have a confession, so most of the evidence is circumstantial.
