- Also while at KPRC, she received awards from the Texas Hospital Association, Texas AP, Headliners, Houston Press Club, NIWS, and the Texas Education Association. While at KXAS she received the Matrix Award, Community Program Award, received a Katie Nomination, and a series was placed in the Smithsonian Institution Aviation Archives.
