Continuing work on her much-anticipated flick, Cameron Diaz showed up on the New York City set of “Annie” on Tuesday (November 12).
The “Vanilla Sky” stunner looked awesomely bad as she filmed scenes as Miss Hannigan, an alcoholic orphanage manager.
Meanwhile, it seems Cameron’s name came up recently in a deposition between Tom Cruise and Life & Style/In Touch magazine.
Given that Cruise is suing Bauer Publishing for $50 million in a libel lawsuit, their attorney Elizabeth McNamara has been going through Tom’s alleged romantic encounters with a fine-tooth comb.
Both Cameron and Cruise have denied being romantically involved, back in August 2012 despite In Touch and Life & Style’s myriad reports to the contrary.

They offer an unprecedented window into the life of one of Hollywood's biggest stars: court documents filed in Tom Cruise's $50 million lawsuit against Bauer Publishing for cover stories claiming he "abandoned" his daughter Suri after splitting with Katie Holmes in June 2012. But now one of the most sensational revelations in a deposition that surfaced earlier this week has been amended by the star himself. In the original documents, Cruise was grilled about why he didn't see Suri for more than 100 days after his headlining-making breakup.Under questioning by the company's attorney, Elizabeth McNamara, the actor divulged that the 7-year-old was no longer practicing Scientology,...

A court battle has put Tom Cruise in the hot seat, forcing him to answer questions about his time away from daughter Suri and his ex-wife Katie Holmes's departure from Scientology. In a deposition taken in Los Angeles on Sept. 9 (a transcript of which was filed publicly), Cruise was questioned by Elizabeth McNamara, the lawyer for Bauer Publishing, which Cruise is suing for $50 million over an In Touch cover story claiming he "abandoned" Suri after his June 2012 divorce from Holmes. David Beckham has been dealt a blow in his efforts to sue a U.S. magazine for libel over an article which alleged he'd cheated on his wife with a prostitute - his lawsuit has been dismissed.
In court on Monday, U.S. District Judge Manuel Real ruled Beckham's attorneys had failed to produce evidence In Touch magazine editors published the story with malice.
The publication's lawyer Elizabeth McNamara told the court the editors did "everything possible" to corroborate details from hooker Irma Nici's expose.
The soccer stud, who is married to pop star-turned-designer Victoria Beckham, sued In Touch in September and was seeking $25 million (£16.6 million) in damages.
Beckham's attorney, Richard B. Kendall, vowed to appeal the ruling, stating his client was visiting his ill father when the alleged trysts occurred.
