This has truly been a summer of sonic shocks, my creeps, and the arcane audio keeps on a-comin’. Take fer instance the groovy ghoulies that are sittin’ here right now: Ghosts in the Graveyard! I caught these crazy creatures as they tried to film some sort of music video atop my crypt. A quick love tap from my Terror Tazer™ later, and these musical monsters are my new house band! Since they’re going to be permanent “guests” around here, why not find out what makes these beastly bards tick?
Famous Monsters. What’s the low-down on Ghosts in the Graveyard, and how did you come up with yer sinister sound?
Byron. It all started many years ago. I was in the industrial band God Module, a band that while I loved being brought into and getting to add my touch here and there, ultimately wasn’t my creation. One...

It’s nice to see a romantic comedy full of clichés with a predictable end for a change! In the current times of economic instability – there are more and more films with no happy endings. “Did you hear about the Morgans?” is not like that – it’s so predictable that you feel like you may have seen ten times before! And you’re probably right as writer/director Marc Lawrence has previously written /directed films like “Two Weeks Notice”, “Music and Lyrics” and “Miss Congeniality”.
Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker are Paul and Meryl Morgan – a highly successful but estranged Manhattan couple who are relocated under the FBI’s witness relocation program to a small town in Wyoming after witnessing a murder by a professional killer. In Wyoming, the couple are taken in by married U.S. Marshals Clay and Emma Wheeler (played by Sam Elliot and Mary Steenburgen) who...

Sony Pictures have sent us two new clips from one of the season’s biggest romantic comedies, “Did You Hear About the Morgans?” Starring Sarah Jessica Parker and Hugh Grant as an estranged married couple, sent into witness protection after playing chief witnesses to a murder.

The comedy Did You Hear About the Morgans? follows a highly successful Manhattan couple, Meryl and Paul Morgan (Sarah Jessica Parker and Hugh Grant), whose almost-perfect lives have only one notable failure – their dissolving marriage. But the turmoil of their romantic lives is nothing compared to what they are about to experience: they witness a murder and become targets of a contract killer. The Feds, protecting their witnesses, whisk away the Morgans from their beloved New York to a tiny town in Wyoming,...

The makers of Did You Hear About the Morgans? probably would not consider this much of an endorsement, but here it is: It's not That bad. There isn't too much in the plot that's aggressively stupid, it produces a few chuckles here and there, and the cast is likable. It's not worth recommending, mind you, unless you're at the theater and you've seen everything else and a screening of this starts in 10 minutes -- and even then you should consider re-watching something else -- but it doesn't sink to the level of badness that you'd expect, given the premise. It's a mere mediocrity, snatched from the jaws of awfulness.
This is the third film written and directed by Marc Lawrence, and the others, Two Weeks Notice and Music and Lyrics, also starred Hugh Grant. That seems like an odd partnership, but hey, whatever works. This time, Grant plays Paul Morgan,...

Sarah Jessica Parker has revealed a look at her 5-month-old twin daughters. At "Late Show with David Letterman" on December 15, the Carrie Bradshaw of "Sex and the City" showed off the picture of Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge who are both curiously looking at the camera.
During the show, the 44-year-old actress said that she personally believes they are two completely different babies. "They are physically, intellectually spiritually, geographically, politically, ideologically and religiously as different as two small 6-month olds could be," she gushed.
As for her 7-year-old son James Wilkie, Sarah claimed that he has been a good brother for his little sisters. Unlike some other kids who might get jealous for getting less affection from their parents, she said James is doing well with his new role. "He's been very hospitable and he's amused by them occasionally," she stated.
