Just before I was going to play a show, I saw a whole horde of people outside Den Stundesløse. I thought there was an accident, but there was just a very long queue for "Kvinner På Randen". A lovely sight.
I am being provoked by colleagues who play in finished old plays, and who think what we are doing is silly and easy. Few things are harder than presenting something that should appeal directly and be funny. It's much harder than getting a profound text put in your mouth. It's not superficial to do comedy.
On working with his wife, Hilde Sol Erdal: We work best together, that's just the way it is.
