I do love a director with a steady hand! So many out there would be worried about a slow-burn thriller/espionage film not keeping people’s attention (I mean to be fair everyone seems to have a two-second attention span these days) so they might throw in some unneeded action or other random nuttiness. Micheal Winnick though realises that he has a strong cast that can deliver in every area and one hell of a sharp vibrant and sexy aesthetic.
Dark Asset‘s strongest… umm… asset is that it knows exactly what it is, and what it wants to be and co-writer/director Micheal Winnick has assembled a crew that holds the line to bring us the perfect example of a low...

NEW DELHI -- Indian actress Celina Jaitley, signed by Los Angeles-based Brillstein Entertainment Partners in August, will star in "The Quest of Sheherzade".
The film, produced by Shani Rigsbee, will recount the tales of the legendary "1001 Arabian Nights", woven by mystical warrior princess Sheherzade.
"I was aware of Celina's work and was anxious to meet and discuss the project," Rigsbee said. "After our meeting, we knew that she truly had the sensitivities and passion for the subject matter which, aside from her obvious beauty, were incredible attributes we felt necessary for our project."
Jaitley recently wrapped shooting on her international debut, "Love Has No Language", a New Zealand/Australia co-production directed by Ken Kahn, which is slated for an early 2008 release. Co-starring Kiwi actor Ben Mitchell, "Language" features Jaitley as an Indian woman living in New Zealand who has a cross-cultural romance.
