- In 1966, he produced in an unsold television series pilot called "The Sheriff" about a police department of a California beach community who try to work with the surfers and their subculture.
- In 1968, he produced an unsold pilot a proposed ABC series called "Nick Quarry" with Tony Scotti playing the lead character, a two-fisted private eye.
- In 1968, he produced a 15 minute demonstration film called "Joaquin Murietta" which starred Ricardo Montalban as a bandit in Spanish California with a heart of gold. NBC didn't pick up the series but the concept was recast and offered as a two-hour long pilot in 1969.
