- Once submitted a comedic skit to the famed radio host, Dr. Demento entitled "Thrillseeker" involving a man who was part of a dating service and did mediocre things which he considered dangerous or reckless. This skit was popular and frequently made the Funny Five Countdown.
- The skit "Thrillseeker" was also done by Fred Stoller in a stand-up comedy act.
- He guest starred in both The Nanny (1993) and Happily Divorced (2011). Both were created by Fran Drescher and Peter Marc Jacobson.
- Wrote a well-received e-book called "My Seinfeld Year", which detailed the single year he was hired to be a staff writer for "Seinfeld". He then wrote an autobiography called "Maybe We'll Have You Back" that also covered MSY but also chronicled his life as a guest actor in TV shows and movies.
