In case you haven’t heard, Jordan Peele has a new movie out this weekend, which is exciting. And while we can be reasonably sure that a huge chunk of the plot and premise of Nope won’t be revealed until you are sitting in your cinema seat, we already know it has a sinister cloud and, at some point, a flying saucer. So it’s not too much of leap to guess that aliens are going to be invading Earth again. When it comes to movies though, that’s kind of their thing…
If you are the pernickety, ruin-everyone-else’s-fun kind of science fiction fan, most alien invasion storylines present a bit of a problem: If you can build spaceships capable of carrying a military force large enough to subdue a planet, and transporting that force the vast interstellar distances between habitable worlds, well, you probably don’t really need to invade anywhere.

Jokers, circus masters and demonic dolls. Which TV characters terrify you? Den Of Geek asked its writers that very question…
The subconscious is a terrible place; dark, mysterious and peopled by spectres from the past. As a bit of a laugh then, we sent our writers journeying into theirs and asked them to drag out any TV terrors they found lurking in the shadows.
Some television fears had been ensconced there since childhood, others were more recent tenants. Some were morally terrifying; human beings with icy hearts capable of atrocities, others were simply… atrocities.
Join us as we count down in order of terror from the sort-of-creepy to the downright terrifying, the 50 TV characters that, for whatever reason, give our writers chills. It’s by no means an exhaustive list, so feel free to fill in gaps by adding your own peculiar television nightmares below…

[Editors note] Welcome to an epic Three part rundown of this years Thought Bubble Comic Con from our resident comic expert Baron Fortnightly – if you ever wondered what attending a UK comic con was like, then prepare to have your eyes well and truly opened! [End]
World In My Eyes
I’d better state for the record that there is no way I can write an unbiased article about Thought Bubble, I have been attending for the last five years and have enjoyed it every year. I’ve always found Thought Bubble to be very well organised, with friendly and helpful volunteers and organisers who go out of their way to make sure us comic book fans, cosplayers and geeks of every clan have a very enjoyable experience; this year has been even better.
For me Thought Bubble is the perfect comic convention (with the exception of the legendary Jornadas de Avilés) and...
