Anastasiia was born and raised in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. She started her journey as a professional actor by moving to Los Angeles, California. Here, she finished the 3 year conservatory training at the LACC Theater Academy. She fell deeply in love with theater and was putting all her heart and soul into any production she was in. Anastasiia is a 3 times Irene Ryan nominee for the Regional KCACTF Theater Festival.
After graduating Theater Arts, Anastasiia started expanding her on-camera experience, doing films with the directors of various backgrounds and nationalities. Right before the pandemic hit, she was starring as a lead in the ambitious fantasy drama film about ancient Egypt, Inside the Notebook. This collaboration included a Chinese-Panamanian director and writer Alejandra Hou, Puerto Rican producer and writer Angelica Reyes, as well as multinational cast and crew. Preparation for this film included 3 months long sword and stunt training, but the outcome was a blessing.
Anastasiia's recent work includes a sci-fi short film Breathe/Outside and an independent feature film The Transcenders, directed by a Native American writer and actor Montana Cypress. She also did several short films during the pandemic that you can find on her website.
At this moment, Anastasiia is involved with an upcoming animated feature film, which means the filming will include mocap suits. This will be a totally new experience for her as an actor, and she couldn't be more grateful!
Anastasia's dream was always to help contributing with her skills and passion to the great storytelling, both in theater and film.
