Match #1: Tommaso Ciampa def. Austin Theory The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
#DIY are determined to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions, and their mission started on the right foot as Tommaso Ciampa picked up a major victory over Austin Theory. Things were looking shaky for Ciampa early, especially after Theory targeted the surgically repaired neck of the resilient Superstar. Ciampa rallied only for Theory to quickly regain control, but Grayson Waller caught wind of words from the commentary team, and Theory took his attention off Ciampa. That proved to be the difference as Ciampa shoved Theory into his partner and promptly rolled him up to score the win.

She continued, “But at the end of the dinner, by the end, we were all just sharing stories about him and our memories of him. And he lives in our hearts forever and ever.”

Terry Crews is a serial entertainer. The energetic actor has a muscular physique that action icons Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger were impressed with when they worked with him on The Expendables franchise. However, despite the hulking image, Crews would not limit himself to action movies as he would use his charismatic charm for such sitcoms like Everybody Hates Chris and Are We There Yet?, as well as being the host for the reality competition, America’s Got Talent. Crews is now ready to throw some fists and let the bullets fly yet again. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Crews will be seen in an upcoming action-comedy that will co-star the equally charismatic muscleman, Dave Bautista. Crews and Bautista have recently wrapped filming on The Killer’s Game.

Terry Crews will be playing The Killer’s Game.
The actor will be seen alongside Dave Bautista, Ben Kingsley and Sofia Boutella in the J.J. Perry-directed movie, which has wrapped filming. Crews will be playing a character that was previously reported to be played by Ice Cube.
Based on Jay Bonansinga’s novel, The Killer’s Game follows a veteran assassin (Bautista), who, according to the film’s synopsis, “is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and authorizes a hit on himself to avoid the pain that is destined to follow. But soon after, he finds out that he was misdiagnosed— and must fend off an army of former colleagues trying to kill him.”
Rand Ravich and James Coyne penned the screenplay. Mad Chance’s Andrew Lazar and Endurance Media’s Steve Richards are producers, along with Kia Jam. Bautista and Jonathan Meisner will executive produce for Dogbone Entertainment, with Scott Lambert also exec producing.

Actor Terry Crews is best known for the portrayal of Terry Jeffords in the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. While the sitcom made Crews a household name, the actor initially struggled to carve a name for himself in Hollywood, having made his film debut in 2000. One of Crews’ earliest roles was in Denzel Washington’s 2001 crime thriller film Training Day.

Terry Crews Reveals He Was Paid “Nothing” For ‘Training Day’ But “Heart Is Always Full of Gratitude”
Terry Crews is careful not to correlate his personal gratitude with financial compensation. The actor and TV host revealed this week he didn’t receive payment for his role in Training Day but emphasized that the lack of a check has never affected his love for a project.
“I have never ever, ever looked at whatever money I got as a horror story,” Crews said during an appearance on Club Shay Shay. “You can’t nod yes and mean no.”
Crews went on to say he was only paid $4,000 for his role in 2002’s Friday After Next and that he received “nothing” for 2001’s Training Day. The two films eventually put Crews on the path to becoming the movie star he is today.
“I didn’t get zero [for Training Day], but it changed my life forever,” Crews said. “You wouldn’t know who I was if it weren’t for a no-paying job.

Comedian Katt Williams didn’t consider himself just an acquaintance to Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Terry Crews. He felt they were close pals. Which was why Williams felt a bit of guilt not reaching out to Crews during a very trying time.

In 2017, Crews confided that he was sexually assaulted by a high-power Hollywood agent years ago. Crews’ admission at the time generated a lot of discussion, especially since it was during the peak of the Metoo movement.

The trailer for Henry Cavill and Dua Lip’s new movie Argylle includes two classic rock songs. One of them is Elvis Presley’s “Suspicious Minds.” The use of the song is flattering in one way, but it isn’t doing any favors for Elvis’ posthumous image.
The ‘Argylle’ trailer uses David Bowie’s ‘Let’s Dance’ and Elvis Presley’s ‘Suspicious Minds’
Here’s a summary of the Argylle trailer. It starts with a 007-esque spy dancing with a glamorous woman to David Bowie’s “Let’s Dance.” The scene is elegant, and “Let’s Dance” is an elegant dance song if there ever was one.
We then learn these characters are the fictional creations of an author named Elly Conway. In the real world, criminals feel that Conway is predicting their lives through their books so they target her. The tone of the film gets more comic and a remix of “Suspicious Minds” plays.

Terry Crews is one of the hardest working men on network television – most notably his hosting duties on America’s Got Talent and its various spinoffs on NBC. He’s established himself as a comedic force in movies such as Friday After Next, and in the beloved sitcom Everybody Hates Chris, which is poised to turn 20 years old in 2025. He’s also known for his role as Terry Jeffords on Brooklyn Nine-Nine alongside Andre Braugher, who sadly passed away on December 11. The loss of his dear friend impacted him greatly. “Man, what you’ve gotta understand is that Andre Braugher, he’s like my big brother,” Crews told TV Insider. “That was one of the most hard-hitting pieces of news that I’ve ever gotten in my entire life.” Although the series ended in 2021, Crews still held out for a reunion special. “I was always hoping we could do a movie,...

Hollywood notables were among those taking to social media to remember Andre Braugher, who died Monday at 61.

Is it time to play Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles” for White Chicks 2? What Marlon and Shawn Wayans have said about the possibility of filming a sequel to the 2004 comedy turned early-aughts classic. Plus, who among their co-stars is eager for a White Chicks 2, and where the future of the Wayans brothers’ comedy stands today.
A ‘White Chicks 2’ sequel isn’t officially in the works
Sorry, White Chicks fans. The story of brothers Marcus (Marlon Wayans) and Kevin Copeland (Shawn Wayans) memorably going undercover as white women to investigate socialites’ kidnappings isn’t continuing. At least, not right now.
Marlon and Shawn, who wrote and starred in the film together along with their brother, Keenen Ivory Wayans as co-writer and director, have both discussed the possibility of a sequel over the years. However, today, one isn’t in development or production at Sony, the movie studio that owns the rights to the original.

Chrysalis held its annual Butterfly Ball gala in Los Angeles on Saturday night, honoring both Lionsgate Motion Picture Group chair Joe Drake and president Nathan Kahane, as well as UTA co-head of talent Chris Hart. Just days after the writers strike ceased, and with SAG-AFTRA still on strike, Ike Barinholtz was quick to make jokes about the current atmosphere when presenting Drake and Kahane with their honor.
“This is one of the first events in town where we are celebrating post the end of the writers strike,” Barinholtz told the crowd at Los Angeles’ Petersen Museum, to big applause. “As a proud WGA member, I just want to say I see a lot of folks in this room who work at studios and streamers, and I just would like to take this opportunity to apologize to you guys for picketing. It was a joke, just a big goof, and in...

They sold it with a list of surnames: Stallone. Statham. Li. Lundgren. Couture. Austin. Crews. Willis. The only name missing was Schwarzenegger, and that’s simply because they wanted his cameo to be a surprise. (He’d make the poster for the sequel.) Two of them came from the worlds of pro-wrestling and UFC fighting, and one of them was an ex-NFL linebacker. But it still read like an Action Hero Hall of Fame roll call, especially in the year of our lord 2010. That was the appeal, or maybe just the gimmick,...

“America’s Got Talent” continued season 18 on August 8 with the final two-hour showcase of first round performances in “Auditions 9.” There are no changes to judges’ dais this summer with executive producer Simon Cowell and long-time judge Howie Mandel taking their place on the ends of the table. Heidi Klum returns as well, as does Sofia Vergara who took a break when “All-Stars” aired earlier this year. Hosting duties are entrusted to the lively Terry Crews once again.
In the audition phase of “AGT,” an act needs at least three of the four judges to give them a “yes” vote to advance to the next round. If two or more judges buzz the act, they are immediately eliminated. Each judge and Crews had one chance to hit the “golden buzzer” and send an act straight through to the live performances.

America’S Got Talent — Season: 18 — Pictured: Simon Cowell — (Photo by: Todd Williamson/NBC) This season of America’s Got Talent marks the 10th season since the show introduced the Golden Buzzer, which lets each of the show’s judges (and host Terry Crews) send an act straight from the auditions to the round of live shows. The catch, of course, is that the judges and Crews are only allowed to use the Golden Buzzer once per season. Judge Simon Cowell, who is also AGT’s creator, told us it’s always exciting for him when he watches an act perform and reaches for that Golden Buzzer. (Click on the media bar below to hear Simon Cowell) https://www.hollywoodoutbreak.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/SImon_Cowell_AGT_Buzzer.mp3 America’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC, and episodes start streaming the following day on Peacock.

Netflix has received a notable addition to its service.
Among the wide range of original titles on the streaming platform this month is a licensed acquisition that users have been waiting more than a year for.
Typically on Netflix, the most recent season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been added between January and March.
However, the eighth and final season of the sitcom, which aired in the US in 2021, never arrived in 2022.
This was most likely due to the fact that the show’s network, NBC, had exclusive rights to feature the series on its specialised streaming service, Peacock.
Fortunately, enough time has passed for the 10-episode final season to be added to Netflix. It arrived on Thursday (20 April)

Ryan Michelle Bathé has been cast as the wife of Terry Crew’s cop character in CBS’ comedy pilot based on the “JumpStart” comic strip, a rep for the actress told TheWrap on Wednesday.
Her character, Marcy, is described as “a hard-working nurse who is naturally maternal and wise beyond her years. She and Joe share a close bond and are supportive of one another even when they don’t agree. The two have a good life in their middle-class Philly neighborhood with their two teen kids — meeting all challenges, and enjoying their share of goofy times as well.”
The logline for the show: “Joe and Marcy are young, hip, urban parents with old school values who are willing to sacrifice for their kids and have some laughs while doing it!”

Netflix is getting a notable addition to its service in April.
Among the wide range of original titles on the streaming platform will soon be a licensed acquisition that users have been waiting more than a year for.
It will arrive on 20 April.
