She is a Puerto Rican Roman Catholic. Celines was raised in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, and discovered a keen interest in acting when she began training at Donna Tucci's School of Dance where she learned ballet. Not only did the training provide an excellent outlet for the passionate and lively child, but it would also pave the way for the start of her professional acting career. At age 14, Celines wasted no time and began taking acting classes during high school where she worked on local student films and play productions. In 2018, she was honored by YoungArts with the prestigious National Theatre Arts Award for two of her on-stage performances- Moliere's Tartuffe and Jaquelyn Reingold's Girl Gone.
She began training directly under Master Acting Teacher, Bob Carter at South Florida's most socially relevant theater, Actors Rep. Celines then went to train at the Lee Strasberg's Theatre and Film Institute in New York, where was recruited by a talent agency and stepped foot into show business.
She has not only dedicated herself to the craft and community but gained the respect and praise from industry insiders that few young professionals experience early in their careers. According to her co-stars, directors, and coaches, there is no limit to this young actor who has an incredible ability to deal with a wide range of subject matters and characters.
