Rajni is a Tamil-Malayalam bilingual investigative thriller that is very similar to how a Tamil director would approach any story based on this genre. There are a few investigation films that were based in Kerala. The last one would be Thangam, directed by Saheed Arafath. Rajni is the story of a man who is on the hunt to find out who killed his brother-in-law. Set in Chennai, the article would take the readers through the lanes and streets that led Naveen and the local police to the killer.

Mumbai, May 7 (Ians) The verbal joust between Lucknow Super Giants’ Naveen-ul-Haq and Royal Challengers Bangalore’s Virat Kohli, which started during Match 43 of Indian Premier League 2023 at Lucknow a few days back, refuses to die down with the Afghan player firing fresh salvo on Saturday.
Kohli and Naveen-ul-Haq had a heated exchange during the match and continued and matters became worse when the players continued their argument when the players were shaking hands after the match. Lucknow Super Giants mentor Gautam Gambhir then waded into the controversy directing his ire at Kohli.
On a day when reports came out that Kohli has written a letter to some Bcci officials explaining his position and claiming that he had not said anything to Gambhir and Naveen-ul-Haq, the Afghan pacer took to Instagram to post a picture with Gambhir, taking a dig on Kohli in the captain.

New Delhi, May 6 (Ians) Former Royal Challengers Bangalore (Rcb) captain Virat Kohli, who was fined 100 per cent of his match fee for his ugly on and off-field verbal fight with Lucknow Super Giants mentor Gautam Gambhir and pacer Naveen-ul-Haq, has written a letter to Bcci officials, saying that he didn’t say anything wrong to the members of his opposition team.
The Indian Premier League (Ipl) 2023 match in Lucknow on May 1 was marred by an on-field altercation involving Kohli, Naveen, Amit Mishra and Gambhir.
The ugly clash between the two greatest Indian cricketers — Kohli and Gambhir — wasn’t a pleasant sight, and as a result of that, both of them were fined 100 per cent of their match fees for the altercation, which was deemed a Level 2 offence and in breach of Ipl Code of Conduct’s Article 2.21. On the other hand, Afghanistan fast-bowler Naveen-ul-Haq was fined 50 per cent of his match fees.

Lucknow, May 2 (Ians) Josh Hazlewood and Karn Sharma picked two wickets each in a superb bowling performance on a sluggish black soil pitch as Royal Challengers Bangalore defended a modest 126 and beat Lucknow Super Giants by 18 runs at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium on Monday.
Apart from the duo, Mohammed Siraj, Glenn Maxwell, Wanindu Hasaranga and Harshal Patel took a wicket each to bowl out Bangalore for 108 in 19.5 overs as Lucknow’s batters didn’t show any application and patience for stitching partnerships to chase down a small total.
The win has also taken Bangalore to ten points and fifth place on a better net run rate, while Lucknow have slipped to third place but still have ten points. Bangalore had an early breakthrough on the second ball of their defence as Kyle Mayers pulled straight to mid-on against Siraj. Krunal Pandya injects some momentum...

Lucknow, May 1 (Ians) Stellar efforts from fast bowler Naveen-ul-Haq and the leg-spin duo of Ravi Bishnoi and Amit Mishra helped Lucknow Super Giants restrict Royal Challengers Bangalore to a modest 126/9 in 20 overs at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium on Monday.
On a challenging black soil pitch, Bangalore began their innings well by not losing wickets in the Power-play. But as the innings progressed, they kept losing wickets as Naveen picked 3-30 while Bishnoi and Mishra had identical figures of 2-21 to tie down Bangalore.
Barring a 44 from captain Faf du Plessis, Bangalore’s batters weren’t given any breathing space to break the shackles and could only hit eight boundaries in their innings, the lowest by any team in Ipl 2023 till now.
On the first ball of the innings, Krunal Pandya got a turn and bounce, showing signs of what would come in the game.
