Hailing from Entebbe, Uganda, NSUBUGA ARTHUR assumes the role of the eldest among five siblings, born to BABIRYE CONNIE and Sendiwala Hasan, a dedicated driver. His cinematic journey commenced subsequent to his high school graduation when he embarked on studies at Nkumba University. Initially drawn towards a career in computer graphics and animation, his trajectory took an unforeseen turn as he immersed himself in the world of acting, securing a pivotal role with Limit Production, a prominent Ugandan film production company.
The genesis of NSUBUGA ARTHUR's acting career unfolded with his debut in the feature film "Freedom," a production of Limit Production, followed by a noteworthy contribution to the short film "Demented," produced by Kyooto Media. His portrayal of the character Tusiime in "The Smart Cycle" showcased not only his versatility but also his compelling on-screen presence, solidifying his standing within the esteemed Kyooto Media Group.
Continuing his cinematic pursuits, NSUBUGA ARTHUR made a significant appearance in "Judas Kiss" (2019) alongside Samuel Savior. Beyond his acting prowess, he co-founded Rego Media, a multifaceted media agency specializing in animation, cinematography, graphics, and print. Under his leadership, Rego Media achieved a groundbreaking milestone in 2018 with the creation of the first animated music video titled "SPEAK LORD."
Presently, NSUBUGA ARTHUR collaborates with Swangz Avenue, a preeminent content-producing company in Uganda, showcasing a sustained commitment to elevating the landscape of Ugandan cinema.
