Ayatul Maksud (born 15 February 1999), is a Bangladeshi singer-songwriter, guitarist, composer, lyricist and a playback singer. He is the lead singer, songwriter and guitarist of the rock band "Ayatul Maksud" (previously Farhaz) which he founded in 2016. Ayatul was born in Noakhali. But he grew up in Dhaka.

Ayatul Maksud was born and brought up in Dhaka. He completed his early education from 'Chandpur Technical School & Collage' and passed Bsc from ' "North South University"
Growing up with music from an early age and being involved in music besides his academic life and resulting in a short time, he has become known as a renowned musician in Bangladesh.
Ayatul said he never thought he would make his debut as a musician. When the regular human activity has come to a standstill with the effect of Corona epidemics worldwide, where depression has taken a terrible turn, in this situation, he uploads his music on social media as part of his own and for others psychological entertainment.
Outside of all this, Ayatul has another distinct identity. He has been working successfully on Digital Marketing since 2015. As his profession, he has built a freelancing training centre in his town on his initiative; From where new freelancers are constantly rising. We believe that this small initiative will soon turn into significant action in the economic growth of Bangladesh.
Ayatul also led a successful solo career, with hit albums like Sky High, Fly Away, Get High, Dark Matter, Braindance, The Dream Night, Heavy Metal, Dominus, Warning Hour etc. Ayatul rose to fame in 2014 as the frontman of Nisshongo, which is one of the "Big Three of Rock" who were responsible for developing and popularizing hard rock music in Bangladesh, along with LRB and Ark. Ayatul won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Male Musical artist for his performance in film " Dhaka Attack "

Ayatul founded the band Nisshongo along with others and they started to perform in local gigs. They became famous after they released their album Ononto Mohakal. Ayatul composed all the tracks and wrote the lyrics for them. The album was a hit. In 2016, they released their second album Ratri Prohor, which was a major hit and Nisshongo became a mainstream band. Ayatul sings psychedelic rock and blues music. He has cited Eric Clapton and Mark Knopfler as his influences.
