- In 2021, Jason Durgana was awarded as director of the Best Documentary. This officially establishes him as one of few individuals to win awards in music, literature, athletics (3 sports) and film.

- Was filmed doing reps of 1400lbs leg presses for a MMA fight card promo reel. The footage briefly appears in the film, "The Show Must Go On".

- In an interview, he revealed that he surprisingly doesn't drink any coffee or beer. "I hated the taste. But I do enjoy my champagne".
