Joe Boyce is a writer, director, and producer originally from Armonk, NY.
He completed his first original screenplay at 13 years old. Joe then attended the University of Richmond from 2017 to 2021. Throughout college, he held internships with A24 and the Academy of Motion Pictures - Arts & Sciences. His first narrative short, titled 'Little Man' (2019), was created as a final project for his introductory film production class. Joe graduated in 2021 with a degree in Film Studies.
Upon completion of his degree, Joe spent time as a Business Development Specialist for First Track Entertainment, a Los Angeles based talent management firm. He also served as Administrator for FADED Productions: An independent entertainment company based out of Richmond, VA.
Joe continues to grow his resume, whether it be original scripts, films, or documentaries. He operates under the label MaryJack97, named after his parents with his brother's year of birth. The company specializes in producing short form narrative content for disaffected and depressive youth.
