Catherine Francioli
- Location Management
I live for scouting and consider it a life-long career. I love working in the woods, on the water, in the city, up fire escapes, and most any adventure that I might be sent on from script to script.
The project that I am most proud of so far has been my work on Yellowjackets, Season 1. It required working at break-neck speed with locations of all types (wildness, lakes, urban, residential, driving, stunts), all spanning multiple times of past and present from shot-to-shot.
I am told by all my Location Managers that I have a keen eye and understanding of the "look" that production designers and directors want. I also work hard to keep all the people I interact with when scouting to be at ease, and hopefully excited for filming, whether they are chosen during put initial meeting. I consider getting to meet new people everyday as one of the many perks of my job.
Scouting is a passion for me and I like to show that through my work.
