Left Sega in 1998 due to the failure of the Sega Saturn at the time. He
also quit, because in early 1998, Sega reported a loss of $350 million,
which made some of the developers worried about losing their jobs. So
a few of the good developers, as well as Naoto, left Sega for different
jobs.
