At the start of this week, I ran the first part of my interview with Mei Melancon, who stars in new sci-fi thriller Shockwave, Darkside.
It's set 100 years in the future and centres on five people stranded on the moon when their spaceship crashes.
Mei's previous roles include comic book favourite Psylocke in X-Men: The Last Stand (often abbreviated to X3), which was released in 2006.
In the first part of the interview, the La-based model-turned-actress spoke about her role in Shockwave, Darkside, how she chooses her projects and her favourite films in general.
Today, we turn the spotlight on to comic book adaptations, particularly the X-Men series, to see what interesting facts she could share from her time filming on X3 five years ago. I also asked what she thinks of previous and subsequent X-Men projects including the upcoming prequel X-Men: First Class.
It really is a great interview and well worth reading,...
