Hart Hanson's hit TV series "Bones" ran for 246 episodes over the course of 12 seasons. In that time, the two lead characters Bones (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) went through a lot, starting from a will-they-won't-they semi-romance to raising a few kids together. Deschanel and Boreanaz also served as producers on the show, with Boreanaz directing 11 episodes himself. Deschanel additionally sat in the director's chair once, helming "The Hope in the Horror," the first episode of the 12th season.
Given their professional positions on "Bones" (not to mention the show's overwhelming popularity), one might assume that our leading actors were permitted to give their bosses a great deal of creative input. After 12 seasons, it's likely that Deschanel and Boreanaz explored just about every type of story and minor character wrinkle that they wanted. After all, a marathon of "Bones" would take -- without sleep -- seven days, eight hours,...

Seal Team has charted the ups and downs of the Bravo Team since its premiere in 2017.
With the news that Seal Team Season 7 will be the team's last stand, it's starting to feel like the show is being brought back to put the soldiers and their loved ones through the ringer one last time.
For many reasons, Seal Team Season 6 felt like a worthy final chapter for our favorite characters, culminating with one of the most powerful scenes on TV.
Let's dive into why the series should have ended with its most recent season.
Clay Would Probably Have Survived
Max Thieriot headlining Fire Country gave us one of the season's best new shows, but it also paved the way for one of Seal Team's most divisive arcs.
Ben turned a gun on himself on Seal Team Season 6 Episode 8, with Clay managing to get it off of him in the nick of time.

Seal Team is coming to an end.
The military drama series starring David Boreanaz will conclude on the Paramount+ streaming service with its seventh season, which is set to go into production in early December and will air in 2024.
Originating on CBS, the series moved to Paramount+ with its sixth season. The show was renewed by Paramount+ for Season 7 in January and obviously production was impacted by both the writers and actors strikes.
The stand-alone movie that was announced last year, days after its Season 6 renewal, however, is no longer moving forward.
The pickup came two months after the Season 6 finale, which ended on a cliffhanger. This two month delay, which led fans to launch another social media campaign to ensure the show continues, was in part due to talks about finding ways to produce the series more efficiently for streaming, rather than as a broadcast drama, where the series originated.

The boys are back! Team leader Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) and his patriotic, do-or-die Bravo unit were last seen on CBS in 2021, in Season 5 of Seal Team’s fourth episode, before the military drama moved to a new home on Paramount+. Glenn joined the show for its second season, which premiered in October of last year. Christopher Chulack, Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly also executive produced.
“Regarding ‘Seal Team,’ I am proud of the work we did – and greatly enjoyed having the chance to contribute to its creative and commercial success,” Glenn said in a statement. “During my time as showrunner, I was pleased to be able to hire, develop and support numerous producers, writers and crew members who shared our passion for trying to make the series all it could be.
