The summer blockbuster season is kicking off with the epic Avengers: Age of Ultron, and critics around the world are clamouring to have their say on it.
After the success of 2012's Avengers Assemble, the superhero squad are back together, this time against an evil AI (James Spader), The Vision (Paul Bettany), and Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch (Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen respectively).
Paul Bettany joins the Avengers in the flesh: "Now they want me to work for my money!"

Here's what the critics thought of Whedon's second stab at the Avengers franchise:

"Whether by his own choice or otherwise, Whedon is fighting a losing battle here - a major cast of 11 (count 'em) characters is inherently non-cinematic, and for all its wit and dexterity Age of Ultron feels encumbered by its sheer storytelling scale.

Carol McGiffin put on a skin-tightening face mask with slightly terrifying consequences as she relaxed in the Celebrity Big Brother house this morning.
The 53-year-old former Loose Women panelist, who recently discussed her departure from the ITV lunchtime show, donned a cosmetic mask which smoothed out her skin and made it look shiny. She eventually required help from fellow housemates to remove it.
McGiffin, who is engaged to 31-year-old TV producer Mark Cassidy, has spoken candidly about her desire for a facelift to other contestants in the house.
Prior to Celebrity Big Brother, she told The Mirror: "Mark (Cassidy, her fiancé) doesn't want me to do it, but there is nothing he can do if I decide to go ahead with it.
"It's scary though, and it must be very painful. I'd love for him to be 45, I'm always forcing him on to sunbeds to try to age him. He's old in his head,...

Speaking in the Diary Room, the Towie star told Big Brother that he has found himself attracted to the Loose Women panellist, 23 years his elder.
"She has got amazing legs for an older woman. Amazing," he said.
"Her legs are the ideal legs on a woman. It is weird for me. When I am out with my friends they are all boys. Carol is completely different for me, she has come in tonight and got proper pissed."
Referencing McGiffin's 31-year-old fiancé Mark Cassidy, he added: "She is engaged to a 31-year-old which means I am six years out.
"If her engagement doesn't work out, Carol, I am single and I am a changed man. There has been a few moments tonight where something could have happened but she is an engaged woman."

After weeks of the usual ridiculous speculation (who really believed Chris Fountain would duck into the house mere days after being fired from Corrie?), the cast for the next Celebrity Big Brother was finally revealed on tonight's (August 22) massive launch show.
In some ways it's a pretty typical CBB lineup - a Towie star, tick. A Loose Woman, tick. A Barbie-esuqe glamour model, tick, tick, tick. However, we did notice that the new lot of contestants are a bit more controversial than usual, boasting between them an 'impressive' amount of arrests and column inches for issues as diverse as drink, drugs, violence and racism.
Before it all kicks off in the house, Best in Showbiz brings you a rundown of the real-world antics of Celebrity Big Brother's most scandalous group yet...

Celebrity Big Brother has revealed the lineup for its new series.
Louie Spence was the first housemate to enter. The dancer, who found fame on Pineapple Dance Studios, said that he loves causing controversy and people don't always like what he has to say.
Joining him was former child prodigy Lauren Harries. She first found fame talking about antiques on TV with Terry Wogan. Having previously offered fashion advice on Big Brother's Bit on the Side, she promises to bring 'sex appeal' into the house.
Reality show regular and former wild child Sophie Anderton became the third to join. At the height of her career, she was earning £30,000 a week which led to a party lifestyle. Clean from drugs since 2009, she has become a self-confessed homebody and claims to be constantly cleaning.

New Superman,Man Of Steel Lois & Superman romance reportedly falls short, new spoiler. Recently, one of Comicbookmovie.com's peeps, Mark Cassidy, served up a review of the new "Superman: Man Of Steel" super hero/action flick, and revealed some interesting spoiler info on Lois and Superman's romantic relationship in the movie, or the lack there of. It turns out that their romance falls pretty flat when they ever do get around to it,mostly, because they hardly get any screentime together. Also, the kisses they share, come off as forced, along with some awful exchanges between them, afterwards. Mark also thought the movie could've served up some more humor as it mostly came off pretty dark. Here's what Mark said about it: "The biggest issue for me is that the Lois/Clark relationship is pretty much a total washout. There is some chemistry between the actors, but their characters are...
