“Eva Longoria: Searching for Mexico” has set a premiere date at CNN, the network announced Thursday.
The CNN original series, which follows in the footsteps of “Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy” and as Longoria traverses across Mexico exploring one of the most popular, and arguably misunderstood, global cuisines, is set to debut Sunday, March 26 at 10 p.m. Et/Pt.
Executive produced by Stanley Tucci and Longoria, who also serves as the show’s host, “Searching for Mexico” will delve into Longoria’s journey of connection with her ancestral land by exploring how Mexico’s rich culture, landscape and history have influenced its cuisine. As Longoria visits Mexico City, Yucatan, Oaxaca, Nuevo Leon, Jalisco and Veracruz, her investigation of the country’s cuisine unites her with the legacy of her ancestors.

Cinema Eye Honors, the organization that recognizes outstanding artistic achievement in nonfiction and documentary films & series, announced the first round of their 2023 awards and nominations at its annual Cinema Eye Fall Lunch held in Los Angeles.
In the five Broadcast categories, HBO film “Four Hours at the Capitol,” an inside look at the January 6th riot, led with three nominations: Broadcast Film, Broadcast Editing and Broadcast Cinematography. Other projects like the Disney+ docuseries “The Beatles: Get Back” and Showtime’s “We Need to Talk About Cosby” also received more than one nomination.

“Conversations With Friends,” the upcoming series adaptation of Sally Rooney’s novel, will premiere on May 15 on Hulu, BBC announced today, in addition to dropping a new trailer for the show.
The series follows 21-year-old Frances (Alison Oliver), who, after three years, is still best friends with her ex-girlfriend, Bobbi (Sasha Lane). The two are inseparable, but at one of their poetry performances in Dublin, they meet Melissa (Jemima Kirke), an older writer who is taken by them. Bobbi and Frances begin to hang out with Melissa and her husband, Nick (Joe Alwyn), a handsome actor. The show, which runs Sundays at 9 p.m. Et, beat out other cable news networks in its debut on Feb. 14, with 1.52 million viewers, according to Nielsen fast nationals. Last Sunday, its episode drew 1.64 million, according to Nielsen live-plus-same-day data. The show also topped in the key demo of adults 25-54.
The next season of the show will air in 2022. The first episodes featured Naples and the Amalfi Coast and Rome. Next week’s episode will be “Bologna.”

Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners is returning to Channel 4 with a series of specials.
The four-part series will explore behind the doors of some of the country's biggest and grandest stately homes, but not necessarily the cleanest.
The cleaners will face their fears to try and help the owners of the stately homes get rid of the belongings they have hoarded over the years, as well as working to restore the properties to their former glory.
Channel 4 Features Commissioning Editor Kate Teckman said: "All of our Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners are amazing and have already overcome huge fears that they never thought they would.
