Nickelodeon has optioned the comedy pilot and has chosen Fred star Lucas Cruikshank to star in the upcoming series. They have requested 26-episodes order. You are familiar with Fred: The Show, right? It’s a live-action series created by and starring YouTuber, Cruikshank, as his invention, the character Fred Figglehorn. Deadline that Fred would be extended to a length of 11-minutes per segment and get a new 28-episode order. That 28 is added to the original request for a 21-episode pickup. Nickelodeon even wants a third Fred movie. The two previous have been quite popular.
