One of the most important documentaries released this century, Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror is coming to Blu-ray and DVD on February 2nd, following its streaming release on Shudder back in 2019.

After delivering key genre content throughout 2018, Shudder looks to continue their must-watch habits in February with the release of Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror, a new documentary featuring interviews with Jordan Peele, Tony Todd, Tina Mabry, Ken Foree, and many more. Ahead of the movie's release, Entertainment Weekly revealed the first trailer and poster for what looks to be an insightful and essential documentary.
As unveiled by EW, Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror will be released on the streaming service Shudder on February 7th following its world premiere on February 1st at Hollywood's Egyptian Theatre (in partnership with Beyond Fest and the American Cinematheque). Before it's available to stream, Horror Noire will also be screened at the Brooklyn Academy of Music on February 4th.
