Katherine Ryan will replace Steve Jones as host when Hair returns for its second series.
The hairdressing competition - which is moving from BBC Three to BBC Two for its new edition - sees ten amateur stylists facing different challenges in an attempt to prove they're worthy of the crown.
While Jones has left the series, judges Denise McAdam and Alain Pichon will be back to cast their discerning eyes over the contestants' creations.
Another change for the second series is that the hopefuls will face challenges both in the special Hair salon and in real life scenarios including a pop-up vintage night, London Fashion Week and a wedding fair.
The first series of Hair was won by Marvin Francis, who has set up his own company Hair By Him UK, travelled to Milan for Fashion Week, and styled celebrities such as Ciara, Faith Evans and Chanel Iman.

Hair has been renewed for a second series by the BBC.
The hairdressing competition - hosted by newly-married Steve Jones - will be promoted from BBC Three to BBC Two for its new run.
Royal hairdresser Denise McAdam and international stylist Alain Pichon will also return as the show's judges for the new six-part series.
The eight amateur contestants - none of whom will have formal hairdressing qualifications - will face difficult style, cut and freestyle challenges.
Last series - which was won by 25-year-old Marvin Francis - featured freestyle themes such as sci-fi and fairytale, resulting in some eye-catching dos.
BBC Two's controller Kim Shillinglaw described the show as "fresh and vibrant", while the BBC's head of documentary commissioning said: "I am delighted that Hair really captured the audience's imagination with more and more people joining in week after week to see with their own eyes the creative...

Marvin Francis has been named the winner of BBC Three's competition Hair.
The 25-year-old burst into tears when he beat out Katie Crompton and Dominika Kasperowicz to take the trophy after three final challenges.
"All I've ever done is just hair," he said. "I haven't done anything else. I never went to college, I never finished school. I know it's only an amateur competition, but it means so much to me that I won and I'm so thankful that I won."
The trio began by showing off their best victory rolls, with judges Denise McAdam and Alain Pichon praising all three of them for their skills.
However, the competition really began in earnest in the precision cutting round as the finalists were tasked with creating a graduated bob on their blockheads.
The round was won by Crompton, but the judges were less impressed with Kasperowicz and Francis's attempts, as they...
