It was no surprise to hear Live with Kelly and Mark cohosts Kelly Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, went to Africa over the weekend.
Fans of the couple found out that their daughter Lola Consuelos was in Morocco several days ago.
Since Lola relocated to London full-time, quick trips to Africa or Italy have become the norm for Kelly and Mark’s only daughter.
Mark has even jaunted over to Italy and met up with Lola for a quick weekend getaway.
This time, Kelly and Mark met up with Lola in Morocco for the wedding of friends Joe Machota and Michael Russell. Joe Machota is an agent most famous for representing Scarlett Johansson.
One friend, Tony Marion, tagged Mark in a photo from the “fairytale weekend.”

Jessica Chastain was terrified to return to the stage.
Though the Academy Award-winner was trained at Juilliard and began her career in theater, with a staged reading of Oscar Wilde’s Salomé led by Al Pacino, she rejected any attempt to return to it in recent years. That is until she had lunch with director Jamie Lloyd (who also brought Betrayal to Broadway with Tom Hiddleston) and they eventually landed on the title of A Doll’s House and the lead role of Nora Helmer, which Lloyd assured Chastain she was more than capable of handling.
This revival of the classic Henrik Ibsen play, in a new version by Amy Herzog, still explores the life of Nora, trapped within and fighting against the confines of her marriage. But Chastain had not initially realized Lloyd was envisioning a bare-bones revival running close to two intermission-less hours, with no props or scenery, not...

Creative Artists Agency and the Black Theatre Coalition are co-launching a new fellowship aimed at increasing the number of agents in the New York City theater from historically marginalized backgrounds.
The fellowship will create a new pipeline for talent in the American theater business where Black executives make up less than 1 percent of the theatrical workforce, the organizations stated jointly on Friday.
“CAA and Btc share a strong mission to address the lack of diversity among theatre professionals in the field of representation,” Joe Machota, Head of Theatre, CAA, said in a statement. “Developing the next generation of theatre artists and professionals has been a priority for CAA. This fellowship, and the impactful work that Btc is doing, will open doors for aspiring theatre executives for many years to come. We are proud to partner with Btc on this incredibly important work.”

Scarlett Johansson filed for divorce from her husband of two years, French journalist Romain Dauriac, on March 7, according to Page Six. Romain's attorney, Harold Mayerson, told the publication shortly after being served the papers that the former couple will be fighting over custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Rose. The actress initially tried to put an end to any potential drama playing out in the press by releasing a statement to Us Weekly via her rep, saying, "As a devoted mother and private person and with complete awareness that my daughter will one day be old enough to read the news about herself, I would only like to say that I will never, ever be commenting on the dissolution of my marriage. Out of respect for my desires as a parent and out of respect for all working moms, it is with kindness that I ask other parties involved and the media to do the same.

Before you freak out, the man in question is Scarlett's agent, Joe Machota. And guess what? You've probably seen him before. The actress brought Joe as her date to the 2011 Oscars. So, there you have it. Image Source: Getty / Jeff Kravitz...

Exclusive: CAA makes it a habit to rotate its rising agents into department head roles, and they’ve just appointed vet Joe Machota to take the reins of the Theatre Department. Heads rotate more regularly in areas like film and television, but the top job has belonged to George Lane since he moved over from Wma a decade ago to form CAA’s legit division. I’m told that Lane, free of the administrative duties that came with that job, will continue to rep his theater clients while working with the partners on initiatives that include generating funding for client-driven legit productions. That is a model that has made CAA’s independent film division a powerhouse, matching clients with financiers to get stuff made, with the agency packaging the films and making the domestic distribution deals. CAA has had a hand in such stage productions as the upcoming revival of Cabaret,...
