Following its initial release on AT&T Audience Network back in 2019, the entire third season of Mr. Mercedes (based on Stephen King's Bill Hodges trilogy) is coming to Peacock on March 4th, joining the first two seasons on the streaming service:
Press Release: Based on the best-selling Bill Hodges trilogy by Stephen King, Mr. Mercedes returns for its much-anticipated third season. When beloved local author John Rothstein is found murdered, Hodges, Holly, and Jerome, along with local police, must track down his killer. But this case is more complex than the cold-blooded killing of an American icon. Unpublished novels of Rothstein’s were stolen from his home, and they are worth millions. As the case unfolds, the trio learns that although Brady Hartsfield may be gone, his depravity lives on in the lives of his victims.
Season three of Mr. Mercedes premieres on Thursday, March 4 on Peacock. All 10 episodes will drop at once.

NBC has opted not to renew its high school musical drama Rise for a second season. There were high hopes for the series, from former Friday Night Lights showrunner Jason Katims and Hamilton producer Jeffrey Seller, as a potential spiritual companion to This Is Us as another emotional drama.
But Rise did not have the same impact. It got off to a modest start in ratings and never took off.
Written by Katims and starring Josh Radnor, Rise was inspired by the story of groundbreaking high school drama teacher Lou Volpe as chronicled in the book Drama High. From the opening frames of NBC’s new drama Rise — an idyllic panorama of all-American scenery set to lilting guitar — you start to feel that familiar rush: This is Jason Katims country. The Friday Night Lights and Parenthood creator’s distinctive imprint is all over Rise, from the shaky-cam cinematography to the off-the-cuff dialogue, and if you loved Katims’ past shows, you’ll find a lot to love here, too. Whether Rise can ultimately rise to the level of those two stellar achievements, though, is still a question mark.

Two episodes were provided prior to broadcast.
It’s hard to argue against the claim that ABC’s new crime drama The Family is little more than a protracted Lifetime original movie. It’s got a set-up that’s somewhere between the gooey melodrama of The Deep End of the Ocean and the shattered family dynamic of The Lovely Bones, and the two hours sent to critics have a generic production value that’s a bit hollow and uninspired in a made-for-tv-movie sort of way. That’s especially clear with the show is held up against the crime drama to beat right now: ABC’S own American Crime.
The Family‘s pilot works arduously as it tries to obliterate that “second-rate” classification, dumping viewers directly into the day Adam (Liam James), who’s been missing for ten years, returns home to his family in Red Pines, Maine. The episode showcases emotional reunions alongside hard-to-look-at scars,...

Joe Hill's supernatural novel, NOS4A2, is being adapted into a television series on AMC. Here's everything you need to know...
NOS4A2 is the next big horror series coming to AMC. The show is based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Joe Hill, the son of horror master Stephen King. It's not surprising then that NOS4A2 is a deliciously haunting piece of fiction.
The 10-episode series – produced by AMC Studios in association with Tornante Television – will arrive under the primary purview of showrunner Jami O’Brien (Fear the Walking Dead), joined by executive producer Lauren Corrao, Co-President of Tornante Television. As Hill lauded of O'Brien in an April statement, “her beautifully composed scripts show a writer at the height of her powers, one who has an exquisite touch with character and a relentless instinct for suspense.”
Hill will also serve as an executive producer on the series.
