According to a report in the Washington Examiner, a group of Republicans is trying to convince the star of A&E's hit reality series Duck Dynasty to run for political office in his home state of Louisiana. The seat they want him to fill is that of retiring Republican Rep. Rodney Alexander, who represents the 5th District, in which Robertson is a constituent.
