Last May, three months before Anne Heche (I Know What You Did Last Summer) died in a horrific car crash, we heard that she had just finished working on a horror thriller called Full Ride, co-starring McKaley Miller, who had roles in the Blumhouse genre projects Ma and Into the Dark: Pure, and Dermot Mulroney, who can currently be seen on the big screen in Scream VI. Full Ride has since been re-titled You’re Killing Me, and Quiver Distribution is set to give it a theatrical and digital release this Friday, April 7th. To see if You’re Killing Me is a movie you would like to check out this weekend, take a look at the trailer embedded above.

"Believe it or not I was young once, too..." A girl’s walk home alone at night turns into a surreal nightmare. The Three Men You Meet at Night is a horror short film from writer / director Beck Kitsis and it's now available to watch online after a successful festival run throughout the year. The film is about a young woman walking home alone at night after a party. She encounters three different types of men. Whom can she trust? You probably already know the answer to that question, of course... but this short makes these very-real fears even more horrifying to watch putting the viewer into the shoes of this girl. Starring Stella Baker, Barron Leung, Walker Hare, Tom Martin, Matthew Jarzyna, Emily Olcott, plus Ezra & Michael Moran. It's an impressive short that has some moody, atmospheric cinematography to add even more unsettling tension. It's designed to make us...

“Jitters” might be the name of Otoja Abit’s film directorial debut, but it’s a notion he shouldn’t be feeling with big names behind his short film. “Jitters” will be shown as part of the Maryland International Film Festival-Hagerstown at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at the Historic Maryland Theatre in Hagerstown, Md. The film festival runs Friday, April 27, through Sunday, April 29. Thursday is the 100th day of the NFL lockout. Some out-of-work footballers took time from their unpaid vacation to try a different kind of football. Others made some extra cash shooting some wonderful branded entertainment for DirecTV. Professional NFL quarterbacks for the New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts, Eli and Peyton Manning play partners Mike Tahoe and C.J. Hunter in this new kind of buddy police drama about a new kind of cop. They’re Football Cops and they fight crime with a Bestie Boys’ Sabotage aesthetic, sports analogies, and stitched together pieces of pigskin in lieu of that suave CSI look, detective work, and handguns. The series promotes DirecTV and the direct broadcast satellite service provider’s NFL Sunday Ticket, which allows all DirecTV subscribers to see every single NFL game of the season played on Sundays (assuming, of course, there is indeed an NFL season). The first...
