The "Ray Donovan" actress -- and sister to Patricia Arquette and David Arquette -- married Morgan in a private ceremony in Malibu, Calif. Sunday (Aug. 18).
The happy occasion took place just days after Arquette's 54th birthday.
Arquette's rep confirmed the nuptials to Us Weekly, and tells the mag Morgan is "the founder and chairman of Bel Air Investment Advisors and a philanthropist." Arquette, who is best known for her roles in "Pulp Fiction" and "Desperately Seeking Susan," as well as for her famous family, is directing her first feature film.
This is the fourth marriage for Arquette who was most recently wed to restaurateur John Sidel. The pair divorced in 1999 and have a teenage daughter, Zoe. Prior to Sidel, Arquette was married to composer James Newton Howard, preceded by and director Tony Greco.
