Heather Hutchinson(I)
- Additional Crew
Author, podcaster, designer, speaker, Heather (nee Hutchinson) Ordover began her professional life in Hollywood as a
production assistant. She became an award-winning high school teacher in
NYC (and won an award from the Honors College at the University of
Arizona) and then stayed home (often but not always) with her children to
write curriculum and books.
Her podcast format--audiobooks with benefits on CraftLit®--brings solace to busy listeners who love great literature. Her "What Would Madame Defarge Knit?"® book series combines the great heroes and heroines of classic literature with knit and crochet patterns inspired by them; her young-adult novel "Grounded" (the first in "The Seven" series) includes a character who knits. (See a theme?)
She lives in Eastern Pennsylvania with her bemused husband, her goofy sons, a sly cat, and far too many single-lane roads.
