Salman Khan’s Bull Produced By Karan Johar Is Shelved. (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Salman Khan is finally out of Karan Johar’s upcoming Dharma film, and the project, which was reportedly titled Bull and was to be helmed by Shershaah director Vishnu Vardhan, now stands shelved. Many reasons have been attributed to this decision, the primary one being Bhai himself.
Reports suggest that Salman was very keen on the part. But here is where the problem starts. When he gets too involved with a character, he starts getting involved in the process of filmmaking as well.
Salman Khan and his inputs are not always welcomed by the team, and this is where the differences between them turn into ego battles. It seems like something happened with Bull as well. An exclusive report by Times Now suggests that the team was fed up with Salman Khan’s constant nagging about the film.

Yodha Trailer Ft. Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani & Rashi Khanna Has Dropped
Dharma Productions has dropped the trailer of Yodha starring Sidharth Malhotra, Rashi Khanna, and Disha Patani, also featuring a suave and smart Ronit Roy, and there is one fact that we need to address urgently. In fact, we can thank Karan Johar & Vishnu Vardhan for it – for discovering the perfect man to play a soldier on screen in the Shershah actor.
When Sid played Shershah with such brilliance, making every detail and nuance look surprisingly genuine, one might have thought it to be a fluke. But now, as he dons the uniform again, one can very well say that this might have been a successful discovery in finding the perfect soldier in him!
Yodha trailer has Sidharth Malhotra mouthing a line like “Main Rahoon Ya Naa Rahoon, Desh Hamesha Rahega,” and he impresses with this perfect and apt amount of nationalism.

Speaking about films made for theatrical release, Kapur said that while the recoupment for them in the government funded European industries might be a Cannes slot, in India it is monetary as well. “I have to say that at times, we shy away from it. Mysuru, March 31 (Ians) India’s S.D. Prajwal Dev showed immense tenacity in carving a 1-6, 7-5, 7-6(4) win over compatriot Mukund Sasikumar to waltz into the singles semifinals of the Cycle Pure Agarbathi Itf Mysuru Open 2023 at the Mysore Tennis Club on Friday.
Mysuru lad Prajwal, a world No 1027, came as the underdog against fourth-seeded Mukund, a world No 401, but dished out a performance that masked the difference in ranking.
Cutting back to the match, once Mukund won the first set 6-1, a centre for him seemed the most possible outcome. But Prajwal showed massive dollops of fighting spirit despite being down by a break in the second set to win it 7-5 eventually.
Both the players battled neck-and-neck in the decider as it stretched to the tie-break. Prajwal played the crucial points a lot better in the tie-break to come out as the winner after a battle that lasted precisely 3 hours.

PoliticsMembers of the Kannada film industry, who had voiced their support for actor Darshan when he was accused of domestic violence, have consistently refrained from defending other artists’ political views.File Photo/FacebookWhen actor and activist Chetan Kumar was arrested by the Bengaluru Police in February 2022, he received support from just a couple of his colleagues in the Kannada film industry. Days after his release, the actor, who is also known as Chetan Ahimsa, had told Tnm that he did not expect his industry colleagues to ever speak up for him. As the Bengaluru Police arrested him once again on March 21, this time on flimsier grounds, Chetan’s prediction came true — there was complete silence from his colleagues. This is not unusual for members of the Kannada film industry, whose reaction was similarly docile when Hamsalekha, a legendary lyricist and music composer, was targeted by right-wing groups for his comments...

Shershaah (Amazon Prime)
Starring Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani
Directed by Vishnuvardhan
There is something irrefutably comforting about a bio-pic, specially if it chronicles the life of a true hero. And I do want to stress, true hero. In recent years we’ve had too many Bollywood bio-pics on gangsters and politicians and gangster-politicians. Shershaah honours a man who gave up his life at age 24 for his country.
Sure, we honoured Vikram Batra with a Paramvir Chakra. But ask his family, if the medal comforts them when they remember Vikram every single day. To his credit, Sidharth Malhotra plays Vikram Batra with a sincerity and honesty that shine through in every frame. In every frame he is Rajesh Khanna in Anand and Aradhana. You know he is going to be missed sorely once he’s gone.

Mumbai, Feb 26: Bollywood buffs are in for a lot of fresh pairs on screen this year. After the nearly complete no-show in 2020, many films set for release this year feature actors who have never shared the screen before.
Casting director and filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra says that seeing different actors pair up on screen for the first time is always a treat. "People love to see anything that is out of the box. So this is why they love it when new actors work together. Also, actors, too, are experimenting and they love to try out something new. It gives a very fresh look on screen. If you team up actors who have worked with each other before, you feel like they have been seen together so many times," says Chhabra.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh adds that this kind of pairing also brings in the numbers. "People are excited to see fresh pairings on screen.

SandalwoodAn edge-of-the-seat thriller, 'Udgharsha' has enough twists and turns to the story.Aravind ShwethaVeteran filmmaker Sunil Kumar Desai is perhaps the one Kannada filmmaker who is proficient in crafting a thriller that can transform the perspective of how the audience sees reality. He changed the trend of Kannada filmmaking by introducing the genre of crime and psychopathic killers in the 1990s. However, he hasn't tasted much success in the last 15 years. The trailer of Udgharsha had impressed movie-goers and the film does not disappoint. Rather, it strengthens the belief that Sunil Kumar Desai is surely a master storyteller. With successful suspense thrillers like Nishkarsha, Pratyartha, and Marma in his kitty, Udgharsha is a good addition to the list. The movie keeps the audience on tenterhooks with its fast pace which does not allow us to think twice about what we've just seen. Aditya (Thakur Anoop Singh) has a plan up...

Film: "Arrambam"; Cast: Ajith Kumar, Nayanthara, Arya, Rana Daggubati, Tapsee Pannu, Mahesh Manjrekar, Atul Kulkarni, Suman Ranganathan and Kishore; Director: Vishnuvardhan; Rating: ** - a one-man aspirational film.
Remember how the "Die Hard" series in the fourth and fifth instalment was all about Bruce Willis performing age-defying stunts and entertaining fans of the franchise; likewise Tamil film "Arrambam" is all about Ajith Kumar.
Glorifying actors, already being worshipped as gods, Tamil cinema continues to make films that are aspirational but.

Chennai, Aug 7: Director Vishnuvardhan, who has teamed up with Ajith Kumar for the second time in upcoming Tamil thriller "Arrambam", says the actor insisted on doing his own stunts irrespective of the risk-factor involved.
"He is so committed that he didn't let me appoint a body-double for him in the action scenes. He said he could do it on his own even after he injured his leg in one of the car chase sequences. He insists on doing the most risky stunts on his own," Vishnuvardhan told Ians.
This is not the first time that Ajith has performed his own stunts. In "Billa 2", he performed dare-devilry in a flying helicopter.
"Sometimes.

Pawan Kalyan always tries to be different. At the beginning of his career, he was seen as style icon, but later he moved away from formula films and started focusing on out-of-the-box ideas. His huge fan following may not like him to experiment, but Pawan Kalyan is what he is. His films carry style with less space for regular commercial ingredients.
