This compelling project, which followed an African American activist and a former police officer for over two years, earned a prestigious place in the Cannes Film Festival Short Corner, further establishing Morteza's reputation in the film industry.
Another significant project, "F as Mahdis," demonstrated Morteza's commitment to using film as a platform to raise awareness about social issues. This powerful film sheds light on the plight of women in Iran, highlighting their struggle for rights and equality.
