Michael is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur and content producer. He was a co-founder and COO of Spkr, an innovative steaming platform for podcasts and video, which was acquired in Oct of 2020 by Loop Media and featured by Apple as a "App we love." Prior to Spkr, Michael worked in strategy consulting at Deloitte, where he led complex organizational, strategic and technology projects for companies including Disney, The Grammy's, The World Economic Forum, Sony, and Intel. As a creator and producer, Michael has produced a number of feature films, TV shows and documentaries, many of which have premiered at festivals such as Sundance, Telluride, and TIFF where they were sold to major studios including Netflix and Sony. Michael started his career at top talent agency William Morris and was the Director of Digital Entertainment at Legendary Entertainment, where he helped launch a digital division responsible for the franchise management of IP including Godzilla, Batman, and Clash of the Titans in partnership with Warner Bros and directors such as Zach Snyder and Guillermo Del Toro. Michael has an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and has been an adjunct professor at the USC school of cinematic arts for almost 10 years. He is a member of the Television Academy (Emmy's) and the Producers Guild of America (PGA).
