The production team includes executive producer Jason Schnell, producers Judy Craig and Kelly May, line producer Cameron Fife, and co-producer Justin Mooney.

Lisa Rinna is best known for playing the characters of Billie Reed on Days of Our Lives and Taylor McBride on Melrose Place… or at least she was, until she was featured on eight seasons of the reality series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. That may be what most viewers recognize her from these days. But Rinna recently left that Real Housewives show, and now Deadline reports that she has signed on to appear in an episode of the Hulu horror anthology series American Horror Stories.
The episode Rinna will be in is titled Tapeworm, and most of the filming of that episode was already completed before Deadline confirmed her involvement. That’s the only information that’s available at this time.

A holiday as conspicuous as Christmas will undoubtedly attract the most thrills and chills at this time of year. In the past, TV’s genre anthologies have been a remarkable and plentiful source of wintry terror, be that of the Christmas variety or otherwise. The original Twilight Zone submitted the strangest of strange holiday stories, Tales from the Darkside provided the macabre classics “Seasons of Belief” and “The Yattering and Jack,” and Tales from the Crypt put a new spin on the EC-era slasher “And All Through the House.”
Christmas horror only became more weird and wild as the century changed. And as these five festive frighteners from more recent anthology series suggest, there’s never a better season for horror than winter.

This American Horror Story: NYC review contains spoilers.
American Horror Story Season 11 Episodes 9 and 10
Since probably the third season of American Horror Story, the show has felt less like a gripping exercise in character-driven horror and more like a grand excess. Ryan Murphy gets all his friends and favorites together, they go off and shoot a crazy thing, and Sarah Paulson gets another chance to shriek at Evan Peters. It’s all very stylistic, gory, and campy, but rarely does it attempt to reach out and touch emotionally. That hasn’t been a thing the show has taken any effort to do since Asylum. Then, AHS: NYC comes along and completely shakes up the American Horror Story formula.
In my review of the first two episodes of the season, I wrote that NYC is nothing like previous seasons of American Horror Story. Gone is the epic weirdness fans have come...

FX’s long-running horror anthology “American Horror Story” is such a megahit that in 2021, a spin-off series streamed on Hulu titled “American Horror Stories.” Unlike the parent show, “Stories” offers up different plots and cast members each and every week (think “Black Mirror” only with ghosts and zombies). Created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, the program has received two Emmy nominations. The second edition of “Stories” premiered July 21, 2022 on Hulu and streams one episode per week throughout the summer.

All 22,000 plus voting members of the TV academy have until June 27 to cast their 2022 Emmy Awards nominations ballots for programs. Unlike the Oscars, voters for the Emmys do not rank their choices and nominees are determined by a simple tally. In the past, voters were limited in the number of programs that they could put forth. Five years ago, that cap (which was usually 10 per category) was lifted.
While the comedy and drama series ballots have each maintained an average of over 100 entrants in recent years, there have nearly always been fewer than 40 choices in the limited series genre. This year, however, the field is much larger at 61, which is up by 24 from last year. There were 41 contenders in 2020, 35 in 2019, and 33 in 2018. Five series from the list below will make the cut and be announced as Emmy nominees on July 12.

This article contains spoilers for Love, Victor season 3.
When Love, Victor first premiered on Hulu in June of 2020, it became a special show for so many LGBTQ people, both young and old, because it showed the coming-of-age trope from a whole different perspective than what audiences were accustomed to. Rather than being pushed to the background as a sidekick, Victor Salazar (Michael Cimino) is the star of the whole shebang, the Latino teenager that we put all of our attention towards. Queer characters have often served as the sidekicks in TV, but shows like Love, Victor have changed the way non-straight people serve the narrative of their programs.

"Love, Victor" is ending after its upcoming third season. Variety confirmed the cancellation ahead of the show's June 15 release date. The series, which is a follow-up to 2018's "Love, Simon," centers on Victor Salazar as he struggles with his identity and where he fits in at his new school.
While the first season explores Victor discovering his sexual identity, the second season sees Victor dealing with the aftermath of his coming out and where he stands with his family, friends, and potential boyfriend. Season two ends with Victor having to choose between reconciling with his boyfriend, Benji, or starting something new with his crush, Rahim. In June 2021, executive producer Elizabeth Berger told Entertainment Weekly, "[Victor] has both of those options rattling around inside, and then he has a moment of clarity and just follows that right up until that door." However, Victor isn't the only one who has...

The following contains spoilers from the season 10 finale of American Horror Story: Double Feature aka American Horror Story: Death Valley, ep. “The Future Perfect”
Never accuse Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk of jumping the shark.
American Horror Story wrapped up ten seasons running tonight with Sarah Paulson’s Mamie Eisenhower getting her head blown up. Like, a full on bloody splat. I can’t remember an AHS where I laughed so hard.
In a unique season that began with a family’s transformation into vampires in Provincetown, Massachusetts (Red Tide) which then handed off to a completely different second story, Death Valley, which was a celebration of 1950s B sci-fi films, as well as Alien, They Live, V and I swear, a wink at Denis Sanders’ Invasion of the Bee Girls, AHS Season 10 continued to reinvent itself, showing no signs of grey, rather knee-slapping hysteria laced with groovy retro style.

FX has renewed Ryan Murphy’s “American Horror Stories” for a second installment, FX Entertainment President Eric Schrier said Friday at FX’s second (of three) TCA (Television Critics Association) day. Season 2 of the anthology series will debut in 2022.
The “American Horror Story” spinoff debuted in July as the most-watched FX on Hulu series to date. That boast counts just four series, however, the others being “Devs,” “Mrs. America” and “A Teacher.” Still, first place is first place.
The Season 1 finale of “Stories” will premiere Thursday, Aug. 19. Meanwhile, “American Horror Story: Double Feature,” which is the 10th season of “AHS,” is set to premiere Aug. 25 at 10 p.m. on FX. Keeping the partnership alive, the show will be available to stream the following day on FX on Hulu.

There isn’t too much drama but there is plenty of warm group atmosphere in “Dramarama,” the autobiographical first feature from writer-director Jonathan Wysocki that’s set in 1994 at a last gathering between high-school friends.
The religious background of these teens means “Dramarama” is treading in the footsteps of Stephen Cone, whose own movies in this sort of milieu, including “The Wise Kids” and “Henry Gamble’s Birthday Party,” set a patiently humanistic and non-judgmental tone that Wysocki’s film follows to a certain extent, but with a far faster pace.
“Dramarama” begins with a slight misstep as it introduces its protagonist, Gene (Nick Pugliese), flexing in front of a mirror in his bedroom and then reacting with distaste to the sound of his mother’s voice outside the door as she asks him if he is going to church. Wysocki has Pugliese stare straight into the camera after Gene dismisses his mother for us,...

(Warning: This post contains spoilers for Thursday’s episode of “American Horror Stories,” titled “The Naughty List.”)
You better watch out. You better not cry. You better not be a jerk on social media, “American Horror Stories” is telling you why. Because a killer Santa is coming to town on this week’s episode and punishing the members of the stars of fictional digital series “Bro House” for being naughty.
A spin on the slasher genre, the installment, aptly titled “The Naughty List,” follows Wyatt (Charles Melton), Zinn (Nico Greetham), James (Dyllón Burnside) and Barry (Kevin McHale), popular YouTubers who get “canceled” after they post a video of them cheering on a suicide. They spend the better part of the episode trying to make amends (and regain their followers), not by apologizing, but by doing increasingly tone-deaf and cruel stunts on their channel. This culminates in the boys heading to...

Nerdy Artie no more. Glee alum Kevin McHale is almost unrecognizable in his latest role for Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk's American Horror Story spinoff, American Horror Stories. In the fourth episode, titled "The Naughty List," McHale plays influencer Barry, a member of the attention-seeking Bro House. What is Bro House you ask? Well, it's clearly inspired by influencer collectives like Jake Paul's Team 10 or Chase "Lil Huddy" Hudson's Hype House. Similar to these popular groups, each member of the Bro House—including Zinn (Nico Greetham), Wyatt (Charles Melton) and James (Dyllón Burnside)—serves a particular role. Where Barry is the...

"Boys are so emotional." 1091 Pictures has released an official trailer for an indie coming-out comedy titled Dramarama, from writer / director Jonathan Wysocki making his feature directorial debut after years of work in the industry. This premiered at festivals last year including at Outfest Los Angeles and BFI Flare in London, and will be out on VOD in August. Set in 1994, a closeted teen struggles to part ways with his four high school drama nerd friends at their final slumber party before leaving for college. Gene wants to come out of the closet, but is terrified of what his sheltered friends might think. Dramarama stars Anna Grace Barlow, Danielle Kay, Megan Suri, Nick Pugliese, and Nico Greetham. This seems to be a made-by-drama-nerds for-drama-nerds production, which is all good! It does have a bit of a John Hughes feel to it. American Horror Stories will take viewers back to a familiar American Horror Story location.
In a bonkers first-look trailer, we get to see a new crop of characters in the iconic murder house introduced on American Horror Story Season 1.
The house was also featured on American Horror Story Season 8, and when we last left it, it was still filled with countless spirits from the past.
There's no sign of any familiar characters in the house setting, but FX typically keeps plot points under secret until transmission, so there may well be some big faces.
There is the confirmation of the return of the Rubber Suit, which terrorized people on countless occasions throughout the run of the show.
What will it get up to?
We also get a glimpse of the Infantata, which looks poised to be making a return in some capacity during the special season.

Fear takes a chilling new form!
FX on Hulu has dropped the first full-length teaser for the forthcoming American Horror Story spinoff, American Horror Stories, and we're already terrified.
The clip follows a rubber woman on a trip through some of the most pivotal locations in franchise history, but what does it mean?
Will this hourlong anthology take us back to some of these locations to unlock new horrors, or was this merely a way to tip the hat to the past?
There is still much we don't know about this series, but hey, a little mystery as the premiere approaches is not a bad thing.
If you watch American Horror Story online, you know many past seasons have been kept well under wraps until transmission.
FX also dropped two posters that show the rubber woman, and in one of them, it looks like she's headed to the iconic Murder...
