Steve Burton will officially be returning to General Hospital. The return of Burton, who famously played Jason Morgan from 1991 until 2021, was announced during General Hospital’s 60th Anniversary special on Jan. 4. His return to General Hospital isn’t the only big news the actor dropped this week. The famed soap star revealed he would leave Days of Our Lives just a day earlier.
Steve Burton will reprise his role in ‘General Hospital’
Steve Burton will leave Salem and return to Part Charles this year. Burton, who first appeared on General Hospital in 1991, will return to the soap opera for the first time since 2021. He is set to reprise his role as Jason Morgan, who was written out of the show with a tunnel collapse on Cassadine Island more than two years ago. Writers left the door open for Burton, and it looks like the presumed-dead Morgan will pop back up.

Lisa Vanderpump appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to discuss the Vanderpump Rules scandal, but dished a little more about a run-in she had with Lisa Rinna from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Wwhl host Andy Cohen hoped the Rhobh alums shared a moment of levity when they bumped into one another in Paris, but Vanderpump joked that nothing about the run-in was light.
Lisa Vanderpump offers more context to her run-in with Lisa Rinna
Vanderpump revealed that she and Sutton Stracke had dinner in Paris and they didn’t talk about Rinna. “But I have to tell you this, a little bit of scoop, I arrived in Paris, checked in at the George V. The first person I saw was Lisa Rinna,” Vanderpump said on the Wwhl After Show. “Of all the places in all the world! Listen I was staying there. I think she...

Will Horton from Days of Our Lives is perhaps one of the best-known LGBTQ characters in the soap opera world. His storylines have been celebrated as positive representation for LGBT people, whose stories are still lacking on the big and small screens.
For many years, 32-year-old actor Chandler Massey has portrayed Will. Some fans are curious about whether Massey is also gay in real life.

The soap opera introduced Will Horton in 1995. For much of his childhood and teenage years, there was never any indication of him being gay. However, shortly after Massey took on the role in 2010, Days of Our Lives writers decided that an LGBTQ storyline would fit with the character.

The fictional berg of Salem will soon lose three of its longtime residents. Lindsay Arnold, Chandler Massey, and Zach Tinker are all set to leave Days of Our Lives, the ex-NBC soap now streaming new episodes on Peacock. The magazine Soap Opera Digest reported the three cast members’ impending exits, per TVLine, adding that Massey and Tinker will leave Salem sometime in the week of episodes starting on Monday, February 13. Arnold, meanwhile, has filmed her last Days scene, but it’s not yet known when her final episode will stream, the magazine adds. Arnold (not to be confused with the Dancing With the Stars alum of the same name) has been playing Allie Horton on Days of Our Lives since 2020. Her filmography also includes guest spots on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Blindspot. Evans Vestal Ward/Peacock Massey, meanwhile, joined Days in 2010 and earned three consecutive...

Spoiler Alert: This interview contains mild spoilers for the first four episodes of Peacock’s “Poker Face.”
Rian Johnson’s new series “Poker Face” gives its audience a tutorial in protagonist Charlie Cale’s (“Russian Doll” star and creator Natasha Lyonne) remarkable lie-detecting ability — don’t call it a “super power” — over its first four episodes, which launched Thursday on Peacock.
But we can’t blame fans who still might need a little more clarification on exactly how Charlie’s gift works, given that Johnson, Lyonne and the “Poker Face” team spent quite a while setting the specific laws surrounding her talent.
“We had to define this really clearly for ourselves and the rules that we landed are, she can tell if someone says something out loud that they know is an intentional lie,” Johnson told Variety. “If someone says something that’s untrue, but they think that it’s the truth,...

Is this guy for real? I’ve watched all but one episode of Peacock‘s Paul T. Goldman, a bizarre hybrid of reality show and making-of-movie chronicle, and I still don’t know. And I don’t know if I care. Director Jason Woliner (Borat Subsequent Moviefilm), who appears to have an affinity for eccentrics, has spent a decade working with this beyond-peculiar subject, who wrote an entire self-published book (titled Duplicity) and even a screenplay — changing his last name and, wisely, those of others — about the extraordinary events he says occurred in his formerly humdrum life as an unhappily single dad in West Palm Beach, Florida. In each version, Paul presents himself as a wronged husband who accidentally stumbles across an international crime ring. (Credit: Evans Vestal Ward/Peacock) Despite his aggressively ...

I Feel Bad follows in the footsteps of the half-dozen or so efforts that hit every year that are tweaked and molded to aim at a very specific demographic. Fewer and fewer of these shows last a full season, and in this case, it’s a real shame. The particular sub-genre/niche in question is the family sit-com that revolves around the difficulties of adulthood, in one sense or another. Key to the brand of series here is that it doesn’t really have any teeth, and kicks off with a gimmick that it’s likely to abandon after a few episodes. I Feel Bad doesn’t feel like it started out hoping to corner the available market for bland, safe comedy, mostly because quite a bit of its humor opens the door to territory the show never actually approaches. Worst of all, it’s actually funny at times and...

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, NBC has cancelled its Champions TV show after one season. The low-rated comedy, from creators Charlie Grandy and Mindy Kaling, premiered on March 8, 2018 and never quite lived up to its name in the Nielsen ratings race. Reportedly, the cast options will expire, so any hope for a second season elsewhere, would mean making new deals with the players. An NBC sitcom, Champions stars Anders Holm, Andy Favreau, J.J. Totah, Fortune Feimster, Ginger Gonzaga, Mouzam Makkar, Yassir Lester, and Robert Costanzo, with Kaling guest starring. The comedy centers on Vince (Holm), a former high school baseball star who abandoned his aspirations to run his family’s Brooklyn gym with his younger brother, Matthew (Favreau). When Vince’s old fling, Priya (Kaling) drops off their teenaged son, Michael (Totah), so the boy can attend a...

Back in 2012, which certainly isn’t long ago, NBC brought you Best Friends Forever, which starred Lennon Parham and Jessica St. Clair. Best friends of a higher order, who now live on opposite sides of the country, are brought back together when one of them suddenly finds herself holding divorce papers. As they begin living together again, plus one boyfriend, hilarity ensues as they face life together, and learn new things about being adults, and what it really means to have a friend you know better than you know yourself. Well, something like that anyway.
Now USA is giving Parham and St. Clair another shot with Playing House, in what is basically the same show, except that we’ve replaced the boyfriend with a baby. In this version, Maggie (Parham) is pregnant, and Emma (St. Clair) is flying back to her small town home for the baby shower. Again, the pair were once best friends,...

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, minus Kim gathered with host, Andy Cohen for the season two reunion which became so explosive that it is going to be airing in three parts! Discussion started off light, reminiscing about Adrienne putting soap on a chicken while attempting to cook with Lisa and the cost of Pandora’s wedding… which Lisa did not reveal.
As the reunion continued on, the tension between Lisa and Adrienne was evident as the subject of Pandora’s Las Vegas bachelorette party came up. What was confirmed here is that Adrienne is far too sensitive. She cannot accept the fact that Lisa was not in charge of picking the spot for Pandora’s bachelorette party and that is troubling. It was expressed clearly to the viewers that Pandora invited her mother to the party… otherwise, she would not even have been there. Knowing that or not though,...
